La vue depuis le balcon etait exceptionnelle ! vue sur océan et piscine... !! Jorge qui nous a remis les clefs est vraiment super ! il a pris le temps de bien tout nous montrer, et nous donné quelques bonnes adresses pour Puerto de la Cruz. l'appartement est vraiment top, avec beaucoup d'équipements même plus que nous nous y attendions (machine à laver par exemple) et plein de choses tres pratiques : parasol, sel poivre, huiles, lessive... Vraiment super !

l'emplacement est un peu loin de la ville mais nous le savions et cela explique aussi le prix tres abordable vu la qualité du logement !

Old furniture, unpleasant smell of mold in the rooms, you can sleep only with an open window... Pool is very cold, not heated, nobody uses it.

We liked everything about the apt and the communication with the hosts. in fact, we made our meals at the apt nightly to take advantage of the views, tranquility and well-equipped kitchen. having a designated parking space in the building garage provided secure storage for our bicycles & rental car.

only that we didn’t stay longer!

The apartment is placed up on a hill, with sea view, away from the town's noise, but close enough to reach beaches, shops, and restaurants! In walking distance (5-7min.) you have one of the moust famous ZOOs in the world (Loro Park), and the pool area is so beautiful, with almost no people around it...being a privat residential area! Jorge is one of the nicest hosts i have ever meet in all our travel times! Thank you Jorge!

It was a very nice apartment located in Puerto de La Cruz. 10 mins walk to Loro Parque. Close to the beach with a black sand. 20 mins walk to restaurants in city center. It has 2 bedrooms. Super clean with a balcony and a nice pool. In addition there is a bathroom and a living room with a coach. It is perfect for a family 2+2. Easy to find a parking space close to the apartment for free. You don't have to be worried about the parking even if you arrive late evening. The whole kitchen equipment was there so you can cook, eat and drink. There is also beach umbrella. Easy check-in and check-out, even in late hours. Keys can be collected during f2f meeting with the owner. Fexible check-out, you can stay in the apartment longer if needed. No issues with cold or hot water, no issues with electricity. Stable internet connection in a living room however better to take your own Wifi repeater if you want to have internet in the opposite site of the apartment. TV is available. The property around is clean and overseen every day. The pool is also clean and not occupied at all so you have a chance to swim and relax alone. It was a really nice stay here. Owner is a great guy. He communicates in English and explains everything. Highly recommended !! Perfect.

delightful stay in a really well-equipped and well-cared for flat! the arrangements for meeting there were super-easy, the helpfulness of the host second to none (even printed our boarding passes, v kindly) and the locations was lovely. So calm and quiet!

it was all great. the flat is up quite a steep hill, but we knew that - and it made for lovely views!
