Great location for us. 10 minute walk in to town centre. Located right on the sea front.

only the DVD player didn’t work and the armchair had a loose arm but this didn’t detract from a good stay

Doona the lady how owns the property txt me 1 hrs before arrival and saying the internet is down and will sort out the problem! There was not much communication and dost reply back to my txt about the internet problems and I need the internet for my business

Unfortunately there was an issue with wifi and TV. Not the owner's fault. Couple of crockery items not 100&%

A comfortable flat with a lovely view from the front and balcony and quiet bedrooms to the rear. Nice to have allocated parking and the bus stop opposite although it's an easy walk into town. The kitchen was well equipped. The good WiFi connection would make it a good choice for anyone who needed it for remote working. I really liked efforts made to reduce the environmental impact - well done!

A minor point: Once in, the apartment is lovely but the shared areas look a bit sad and unloved which is a shame. A few minor touches might cheer things up.

A great apartment in a fabulous location with perfect views of the sea. Everything you need for a short break in Eastbourne.

The apartment had an end of season feel to it and was a bit grubby, but this is only cosmetic and didn't spoil our stay at all.

Location very nice but I did not realise there were more steps up to the flat than advertised as I was with my elderly mother(92). Also spiked patches on stair carpet and bikes just inside the front door to steer past. Weeds on the steps off the street which gives the impression that is not well looked after.

Accommodation all ok but back garden a tip but front view made up for it!

Lovely apartment along the seafront , lovely views and great to sit out on the balcony , we were lucky with the weather , as we stayed during Airbourne to watch some of the display was great ! Bonus having a car parking space which was fantastic as very very busy everywhere !

Hallway was not looked after sadly & Unfortunately the apartment was quite a way from the pier and town centre , 30 mins as we had our elderly parents with us , 20 mins if you are fit and mobile . Could get a taxi if available !

Lovely flat in a great location. Clean and tidy. Everything easy to access and use.

The only thing I could complain about is that all the internal doors slammed closed constantly and had to be jammed open with door stops. A danger for someone with kids and a pain for everyone else. These doors should have slow closing devices put on them. Apart from that, the place was great and we would definitely stay again.

Very clean appartment.

The road did make a lot of noise. So during the day you couldn’t sit and relax on the balcony.

Awful messy unkempt front of building dirty communal entrance hall and stained stair carpets. Junk yard out the back! Very off-putting on arrival.

Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet sleeping. Balcony was nice. Very clean accommodation. Grateful for toilet rolls, paper towels, coffee and biscuits etc left for us to use

Host was very responsive on queries in advance, provided very clear instructions on accessing keys and all communication was very helpful.

Flat can get very stuffy when locked up all day as in full sun (instructions are to lock all windows when out). Best to lower the blinds and close the bedroom curtains when out and open windows and air it on return.

The fact the apartment had a balcony and the view from the balcony of the sea was lovely. Spacious sitting and dining area. Very clean.

I know its self catering but for 4 people it would have been nice if 2 complimentary toilet rolls had been provided. Other than that cannot fault the property at all.

Keys were easy to access the apartment was clean and tidy and had all amenities needed will definitely use next year

The size of the accomodation. The location of the flat. The sea views and access to the beach were very good. The bed were very cumfy.

The sofa in the lounge was very low and not as cumfy as the armchair. The hob in the kitchen was hard to light up.
