The house is spacious and very clean. The caretaker is very nice and responsive. The house itself is old and the bathrooms could use a remodel, but for the size and price, it is very good value especially for big groups. Another plus is that they allow dogs upon request.

There is a huge dog on the property and because it is chained in a certain area, that area smells quite bad and the stench permeates the house interior.

spacious - the house has 2 double beds with pullout, 3 queen size bunk beds, a day bed, and multiple sofas they have complete utensils, mugs, plates, water dispenser they have 2 cr, both with shower and heater caretaker (kuya caloy) is accommodating and helpful

the road going to the property to be fair - the owner did inform of the 200m rough road going to the property and the other reviews advised the same as well, a more complete description of the road is - winding, uphill, downhill, narrow rough road
