Quaint little family run business with a lot of heart. Eric and his family are very hospitable, helpful and professional. Excellent location! A few minutes walk from the harbor and close to everything. Good breakfast. Spacious room. Nice shower with hot water. Very pleasant terrace with a lot of greenery and beautiful African decor for relaxing and socializing.
The rooms are dark with no natural light.

Eric’s place was lovely. Quiet, private, and comfortable .We had some last minute scheduling changes and Eric was so accommodating, he made the whole process easy, and I would not hesitate to stay again.

I liked how close it was to everything. Eric was really helpful and sorted us out a great guide to help on our tour of the museums and the island, as well as a great recommendation for somewhere to eat yummy seafood!
We were really happy with everything. The price we paid was quite high, but as we were last minute, we got an enormous room for this price (which we didn't really need). The breakfast was solid, but we couldn't see anywhere for water.

Everything about Chez Eric was delightful! The house is beautiful. The room was just as described and met all my needs. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can not fault this place and Eric was the most welcoming host.

A very good breakfast that could be eaten at our leisure in a lovely environment in a semi-open space.
There was no facility in the studio for making tea or coffee (contrary to expectations) and to boil water a general purpose pot in the shared kitchen had to be used as there was no kettle, which was a bit of a nuisance but otherwise no complaints.
