Tasty breakfast and warm-hearted host

Easy access to the town center, secure, spotlessly clean, very friendly hosts, amazing breakfasts.

Water pressure very low, no cooking facilities beyond making coffee. A toaster would have been a nice addition along with some basic cutlery if you brought take out back with you.

Cat and Roger went out of their way to provide transportation service to me when I had none. They kept me safe and sound when I felt a bit "lost" without a car. They made me feel like family, and I will always consider them friends.

The house is in a beautiful area with stunning views. It is not "in town", though. A bus stop is very close by, but for convenience a car is recommended.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great views of the lake from the breakfast area! The hosts are very friendly and the hostess cleaned our room during our stay without being asked and for no extra fee.

The room itself doesn’t have any lake views so be aware of that. Bathroom is small but adequate.

Cleanliness and the hospitality of host, Kat and Roger. Kat greeted us when we arrived and showed us the room and invited us for a drink at her house overlooking the lovely lake. Stayed in a few others, rare that a host who welcome us with drinks and a short chat. Kat's breakfast was really awesome, her nasi goreng was so welcoming as we were tired of the american breakfast. My son loved the american bfast though.

The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the view to the lake.

The view from the backyard deck was absolutely stunning! The room was lovely and clean, with its own separate entrance. The biggest difference for me was how great the hosts were. Roger and Kat were super lovely and accommodating, and you could see that they really take pride in what they do.

English breakfast is very delicious and good cappuccino. The view of lake Rotorua is awesome. The warm hospitality of the host Roger and Catherine is well appreciated. They even gave us a beer and milk tea when we have arrived. Enjoyed the good conversation with them. Highly recommended to anyone who would visit Rotorua.
