Location is good, near subway stations. Within walking distance to Myeongdong shopping street. Near a few convenience stores too.

The pillows are too soft.

location was excellent, staff were very polite and the whole hotel was incredibly clean

It was noisy. I could hear the guests all around, slamming doors, walking etc. And all the noise from the street too. It kept me awake most nights. The cleaners also kept opening with my window and not closing it, so when I returned to the room, my room was freezing cold. They also started very early, which of course wakes you up. And if you don't have the "do not disturb" button pressed, they just walk in. (This was at 10:30am whilst I was getting dressed). They advertised breakfast but when I asked about it, I got told it wasn't available due to covid, but other hotels around were supplying their guests with breakfast. Wouldn't stay here again.

Location is great, easy access to public transport. The facilities were clean and accessible.

The light from phone/alarm clock is too bright at night, especially when the room is complete dark. For those who are light/sensitive sleepers it was not ideal.
