This is a fantastic villa in the perfect location, right next to the best parties and hustle of bustle of Canggu. Its beautifully furnished and is super clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and cleaners were on time every day. A bonus is the Finns Beach Club VIP Platinum cards which are included with the villa and come in handy. Will definitely stay here again!
Shower water pressure could have been better but the pros far outway this.

The decor was beautiful. it was very spacious & very clean
the dogs next door barked during the night quite regularly which kept us awake

Location is great. Hosts we wonderful.
kItchen was great, though there are lots of decent restaurants nearby.
No lounges by the pool which was really odd. No where to lay down while wet.
Be warned, It is hectic in Canggu. Been coming to Canggu for 10 years. In fact was there only there 8 months ago and so much had changed.
Finns is very busy in the afternoons and if you have older teens, the VIP access can be a curse.
Needs some pool lounges.

The deco, use of space, layout, amenities and ambiance and hospitality are perfect! Location is right in front of Finns and Atlas - the new club scene. I find it a bit funny that the villa has a quiet rule from 10pm, yet the clubs are noisy till 3am! But anyway, still a good location as it’s a short walk to the beach, like less than 5 mins even. And the best part was that the Finns Platinum Membership comes free with the stay! 6 passes for free! If I had known earlier, I would have extended our stay. We didn’t get to use them at all due to the short time we had there.
The noise from the roadside but it’s not the fault of the villa. It is expected, so bear that in mind before you book.

The guy is very friendly n helpful.
There was a dog barking at every night of our stay at 3am sharp on and off again till 4am sharp. And those some noise outside the kitchen.

Staff were helpful, Villa was clean and comfortable, pool lovely and location handy to many good restaurants and cafes.

Facilities were of very good quality!
It was a shame that the ceiling fan above the dining area was not working. It was rather warm to have our meals there in the afternoob

The villa is in a great spot with very easy walking access to the beach. The villa itself is very well looked after and met expectations.
The only downside of the villa is the external noise from Finns and Atlas at night. A people leave at midnight it is very noisy. Over the week you get used to the noise and it has less of an impact.

Very tired - we had stayed in 2017 and came back hoping it would be the same (no recent reviews were available since prior to COVID). Disappointing that the basics like towels were absolutely abysmal - threadbare and covered in stains. Pool was missing tiles, paint peeling and cracked everywhere and furnishings grubby and tired. I expect far more from Bali from Bali for the price. Hopefully they address the issues.

Location was great near the beach. But this also meant lots of traffic moving up and down the street. The villa was not quiet. Music from Finns Beach Club was not an issue - the traffic was.

Perfect for a single boys trip, doing what they do best! 3 seperate rooms, how good!
