Location is perfect to reach the best beaches which are located in the south of the island. Really nice sea view from our balcony. The owner is really nice, helpful and friendly. He shared with us a lot of useful information and tips about the island and what to visit, so feel free to ask anything. Thank you. We will come back for sure.

Everything was good.

Everything was just perfect, from the airport pickup throughout the entire stay. The room: - Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, dishwasher) - A “starter pack”: tea, coffee, jam, etc. a welcome bottle of planteur in the fridge + bonus pack: a baguette and a chocolate bread kindly brought by Cyril (the owner) on the first morning - TV, air conditioner - Amazing view from the micro-terrace - Cyril was always there to help or advise (in the first morning he also brought a big folding map and did an induction into “what”, “where”, “how”, marking landmarks, beaches, restaurants, etc. on it << we hardly managed to do half of it all) The surroundings: - Villa situated on the mid of a steep hill, from it you can see the beach that is at around 15 minutes’ walking distance - The beach is nice for swimming and sunbathing. Activities like snorkeling, diving, boat trips, etc – all available at the agents on the beach. - Restaurants: on the beach or downtown - Big supermarket: 20 minutes drive; pharmacy: 10 minutes drive Exploring the island: - I rented a Nissan Micra with the help of Cyril, everything was taken care of by him, on the first day the car waited for me in front of the property.

Everything was perfect ! We stayed for 10 days with our 7 months old baby and we couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy Martinique! You can radiate without problem from North to South from the Desrosiers habitation. The welcome from Cyril and Sandrine is extremely warm, they gave us lots of advice and good addresses. They offered lots of very valuable services: evening meal with homemade mash for our little one (excellent), and what we needed for our first breakfasts, car rental, sheets and towels provided, a bottle of excellent planter, they lent us masks and snorkels as well. They do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible and it's a success! We should have stayed the entire 2 weeks of our stay rather than booking a few days up north. For our baby, we had everything we needed: baby crib, baby bathtub, changing mat, anti-UV tent, carpet on the ground… not to mention all the groceries (salt, pepper, oil), it's like being home. Nothing is missing. Air conditioning in the bedroom for those who want, mosquito net… We enjoyed a very beautiful view of the bay of Fort de France, the place was very quiet while being close to amenities (supermarket, very good restaurants, a good bakery). The location is really great: near Anse Dufour and Anse Noire (10 min by car), not far from Anse d'Arlet (15 min), don't hesitate for a second, you will have an excellent stay!

Great view, nice locations. Hosts made couple of great dinners. They took care of everything, picking up at arrival, renting car, drop me back to airport. Everything was done very nice way. Beach nearby is really nice, wide, not overcrowded with good bars and restaurants on it.

Nice place, nice owner, nice atmosfer, nice equipped room, parking, all Wery surprising was welcom Creole drink and fresh bread in next morning 👌

Fresh condition of all in room, the room (renovated) & equipment is new. Nise View. Very welcome staff. Silens (only cicadas song in nights time)
