It was not too comfortable I.e the beds were really hard and the chairs at the dining table in the little house were also not comfortable

Alpacas come right to your window! It was amazing! Also the room was clean and the place in general is very nice

No one mentioned the mannequins all over the property in fairy tale costumes. These were surprising and a bit creepy. The bed was not very comfortable. We asked in advance and they told us we could pay by card at the property, but at the property they told us we must pay in cash. The internet really did not work in the room or in the dining room. The food options at the restaurant were pretty limited and expensive, especially for any food allergies.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was really nice and the bed super comfortable! If you go by car, the location is amazing. It's in the woods with beautiful views and nature, but it's well connected. The staff was really helpful all the time. They and even the owner helped us with the routes for visiting Saxony, and very kindly and detailed. And despite not everyone speaks English, they were so nice, that it's wasn't really a problem. The food was ok, but we think it can improve. Soup portions are a bit small for the price. Anyways, they offer more than one vegetarian option, which is really good if you don't eat meat but you want to eat well in this beautiful area (one of the good dishes was the grilled veggies with the tortilla! You must try it if you don't eat meat). The breakfast had everything for starting with your day energetically, but could also improve things like bread (our second day wasn't so fresh). We stayed two nights, and we just received one soup (which was nice). There's no shampoo either. And there's no safe at the room just for you to know, and parking is free. We would definitely come back!

The location was really nice, peaceful and quiet, far from everything, in the middle of a forest. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Wifi available only close to the reception, they have plans to extend the area to rooms area though. Except for a soap there were literally no bathroom amenities provided. The bathroom itself was quite small.
