you have to wear pool hats to swim in the pool, but I know that’s not her fault as it’s a shared pool, however just made it less relaxing to use the pool, no wifi

Great host, helpful and quickly responded to all questions. Location was great. Room was suitable for a family of 4.

The apartment space, the comfort of all available utilities, the pool and sun area, the high cleaning standard and the location. At walking distance to Sirmione, the lake and lots of good restaurants. Parking right outside the apartement at no extra expence.

The apartment was pretty and spacey, the kitchen was nice and fully equipped. The area is really nice and not far from the beach

The host wasn't the best at dealing with issues. First of all, we were not told the pool of the building was closed, and we booked it mainly for that reason. Since the appartment doesn't have wifi,at least you expect some tv, mostly when you have a kid, but the tv was very old and the owner took 2 days to figure out channels. It was me, my husband and daughter and then my parents would have come and stayed for a few nights and that's i booked a full apartment with 2 bedrooms, and i was asked multiple times if other people were coming to stay in the appartment and for how many nights (it shouldn't matter if i rent a full apartment).

Easy communication with Flora, the host, who met us quickly on arrival. Flora also responded to a problem with the TV promptly and was keen to ensure she did everything to get it working again. Also gave us wine as an apology, which was lovely. Flora have us a WiFi dongle to try- it worked initially but needs tweaking. She also provided hats which are needed for the pool. The coffee gift on arrival was a welcome gesture and I loved the stovetop espresso maker.

The second bedroom was smaller than expected, offering one bed with a sliding mattress underneath. With two teenagers, we used the sofa bed instead-and Flora was very helpful in providing extra linen for this. A file listing parking areas, good local restaurants, supermarkets, recommended places to visit l, pool rules etc would be very useful for guests. A few more pieces of cutlery would be helpful- the kitchen is pretty well stocked otherwise.
