Staff amended my booking so that my room was close to other members of my party, as we had a misunderstanding and had booked in separate locations. I received an upgrade and my room was perfect. I can't thank the staff enough for making my weekend away so much easier and comfortable.

I had a wedding to attend, and I had trouble with the light in the bathroom (room 35) as it was very dim and was not very good for doing make-up in front of. I could only see what my make-up looked like in my friend's room. A bright light above the mirror would fix the issue, but other than that I had a wonderful stay.

Just about everything, only issue was unable to get local channels 7 9 and 10. Unsure if it was me as didn’t like Foxtel setup, put it down to age.

Very comfortable bed great room set up. Lovely touches eg toiletries, eye mask ear plugs etc great range of tea coffee etc and biscuits are a lovely touch. Very friendly staff and great parking right at room ( great for single traveler)

Only suggestion clean the vents in the exhaust in bathroom and a bit of mould in shower. Apart from that great room
