It maybe dated, but the shower had hot water sheets and blankets were clean not dusty, the restaurant next door was walking distance. Was great for an overnight stay.

Good place to stay. Quite roomy and comfortable

We stayed in room 4. After my shower I walked in bare feet across the room, and after ten or so slimey slippery steps the soles of my feet were very dirty again. The floor had obviously not been mopped with clean water in a very long time. The bed mattress was totally collapsed in the middle, with springs poking into our midriff. The window opens to a noisy neighbour who partied into the evening with every word audible. We are travelling for several consecutive days through QLD, and this has been by far our worst experience.

No towels, no soap, no coffee, crumbs in bed, floors not clean. It was like they forgot to service the room.

Comfortable enough for an overnight stay but a bit disappointing. A room for 3 people only had 1 bowl and 1 glass. Pool looked green so didn't swim.

Clean and tidy

Stayed there for five nights and never had towels changed. The WiFi was also very poor, had to use my phone as a hotspot.

Passing through the property served our purposes. Everything works, it is comfortable and clean.

Very quiet and very comfortable bed

This hotel should be about $120/night. It's old, not maintained well, the restaurant is closed and the T.V didn't work. It's a backer hostel standard but it cost me much more than a hostel

On arrival, we were assigned to two rooms. Neither room had been cleaned and beds were unmade. In one unit the light inside the bed didn’t work. However, our onsite dining experience redeemed the stay. The food was certainly above average. When we did retire for the night the beds were very comfortable, the air con was comfortable, the complex was quiet. Overall, we would stay again

I was disappointed in some issues. The curtains were in need of repair updating as they did not cover the windows. Having to wash the cups/etc or get a fine was not a good look - the place needs an urgent update.

Our stay was very nice, Honey the cat is beautiful and the restaurant and food was very good.

Years ago this property was the bees knees, however, it is dirty, smelly, and outdated with poor customer service. Twice before getting to motel each phone call management hung up half way through phone calls, that was a sign of things to come. Room 5 smelt like sewerage and when we were able to get another room the windows were dirty and locked shut, as was the mirror dirty. The shower screen was unsafe and you need to be 5’6” or less to enjoy your shower, and it also had missing cutlery and plates. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had cigarette burns, as I said room 9 windows could not be opened, may have been glued shut or it was the build up of dirt that locked the windows shut. Positives, aircon worked, tv with Toowoomba stations worked and bed had a pillow top, and it is pet friendly.

Our room was not cleaned properly. There were leaves and other rubbish on the floor. It was quite obvious that the room had not been vacuumed or mopped. The bed looked as if the sheet had not been changed. It looked like the last people to use that room had just pulled up the bed and that is why I think the sheets had not been changed. If ever we came to Kingaroy we would definitely not stay there again because it was overcharged for what we got.

Everything was fine, well priced.

Everything was fine, food at the restaurant and accommodation, we were happy. If there was anything it would be only 0ne coffee cup. Luckily only one of us had coffee.

Our room had not been cleaned and there was a used tissue on the floor which obviously had not been vacuumed and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. The coffee and tea had not been replenished and there was no soap to wash with. Also there was no place to hang our clothes. The only good thing was the bed was comfy. Not at all happy with our stay unfortunately.

I booked a room with 3 beds, only got 2 beds. Wasn't told about meals Lost power points in the morning.

Staff very welcoming; on-site restaurant superb with good choice of wines. Bed extremely comfortable. We will stay again!

The property is not disability friendly. Yes, able to access with wheelchair, but there were tripping hazards in room - no rails- water was all over floor in bathroom when one has a shower.

Property clean but office sometimes empty

Great stay! Slight mix up with the number of beds in the room but the reception lady was very accommodating and sorted it out quickly for us. Room clean, tidy and functional.
