Great food and nice view. The pool is enough big and has separate one for the kids inside and out side as well. The big indoor and outdoor pools have direct conection and you can go from inside to outdoor with swimming. The staff was kind and welcoming.

The bed was just under aircondition flow and it wasn't posible to sleep with runnig aircondition. There was no way to controll the aircondition flow direction or speed, because it is buld in.

Всичко беше много хубаво и добре уредено откъм хотелската част и спа центъра!

Мисля, че сигурно имаше двама готвачи - едните ястия бяха превъзходни, а другите, при които беше необходимо да се панира нещо или изпече не беше много в крак с нивото на хотела!

Закуската е чудесна и многообразна , престоят ни беше за четири дни и всеки ден имаше различна гама храна . Местоположението също е много удобно ако искате да се разхождате в село Баня , гледката от басейна е уникална.

Няма нещо което да не ни е харесало !

Undoubtedly, the best hotel with thermal water in the area of Banya/Bansko. The SPA facilities were amazing, and we particularly loved the swimming pool spanning from inside to outside, as well the built-in jacuzzi! The food was very diverse and beyond delicious, as it was mostly from self-produced products. Everything was clean, working and well managed!

The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. The rest was perfect!

Everything was excellent - the size of the room, the spa facilities, great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. It is our second time staying in this hotel, and we would definitely repeat it.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Уютен хотел, вкусна храна, чудесно място за почивка. Гледката от стаята беше невероятна. Препоръчвам!

Останахме много доволни от престоя в холела. Имам една единствена забележка. Бяхме настанени в стая с преходна врата към съседната. За нас това не беше проблем, но би било редно да ни предупредят на рецепцията.

Температурата на водата във външния басейн, в последните дни вече беше по-студена.

The staff was generally very helpful and kind which is not always a given in a Bulgarian resort. There are plenty of facilities in the spa center which are well maintained, you won’t be missing anything. Finally, food was great, very high quality (the hotel uses produce from a nearby farm).

Two main things for us: - complete lack of wi-fi in the room - no pool with a not too high water temperature but that’s not a massive issue
