Bed uncomfortable (you could feel the mattress was covered in plastic, and it was noisy). Breakfast minimal, almost nothing vegan, even fresh fruit (melon, sandia) disappeared after day 1. Entrance door access quirky (fingerprint, which didn't seem to work for most). Booked larger room but given standard single.

Location was excellent!! Room was appropriate for staying, clean and decent one for its money. Amazing view from terrace. Walking destination to any centre place of the city!

Excellent location in Cadiz. Easy to access. Terrace has a nice view And available at all times. Very clean and well maintained

Rooms were very small with a very small window overlooking a transom space so no good ventilation. Fan absolutely required to sleep at night.

Staff that does not speak English, not well cleaned and they want their tenants to leave a cash deposit of 10€ for a little fan, while it seems to be an air condition in the room but they don’t put in on function. The room was extremely warm and there is literally no sounds protection of the other rooms and the corridor. The breakfast was 0/10, just a bad bread with cheese and ham and some basic cereals and warm filter coffee of bad quality. Lastly, they require the tenants to leave their fingerprint for the entrance which they say it is erased after the check-out but seems very strange.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was horrible. The water pressure was nonexistent in the shower. We had to pour water from bottles in order to shower. The beds were very uncomfortable.
