Really stylish apartment with a wonderful view of Palermo. The changing colour bathroom lights were also a great touch! Location was perfect too - just two minutes walk from the main street of bars and restaurants.

The air-con did little to cool down the room so it was a little difficult to get to sleep (we were here in peak summer).

For us it's always about Marcello who is a wonderful and extremely helpful host! Then, the location is excellent, the window view mind-blowing, the breakfast in the bar across the street yummy and fun (the location again!), the disco-lights shower also never disappoints, especially with some Spotify soundtrack... The room isn't too big but well designed and user friendly, and so is the bathroom and the common room. All in all, we'll gladly be back!

The mattresses seem very good quality but we found them too soft, making it hard-ish to sleep on.

Everything was perfect - comfy beds, hot shower, amazing location to walk to all the sites, beautiful views, and a wonderful host in Marcello. I hope to stay again some day to explore Palermo more.

Exceptional location in the very center of Palermo, you can walk everywhere in 20 minutes or less, also close to public transport (train station 15min, city buses and airport shuttle 2min). The B&B is well organized, owner Marcello was very helpful with info about transport, the city, and its surroundings, and was there in case of questions. The common areas and the room were very clean and well-equipped - nothing super special, but everything needed for a great stay, and some nice extras like slippers. The breakfast included was at a nearby cafe, which offered good coffee, fresh juice and croissants etc. and was a nice start into the day.

Because of covid restrictions, breakfast was rather basic, served ar a local restaurant. Still this is just a very very small point? It is certainly no reflection on the owners/hosts

I love to travel, I work in the high customer service and it’s hard to surprise me in this industry, however this B&B left a big impression and made Palermo even more enjoyable. Carlo was an excellent host; he gave me tips from ”must-visit places” and recommendations to try Sicilian cuisine. He even gave me a company to enjoy a coffee and glass of wine, which I appreciate very much, especially traveling alone. Both brothers, Marcello and Carlo, was very helpful, always available on the phone. B&B is centrally located and beautifully renovated property in the 5th floor with a very cozy and romantic elevator. I went way to big room for me alone, however it has a balcony with an amazing view, what is hard to find and it is one of the things what I am looking for my holidays. The bathroom has enough space and with plenty of hot water. The rooms were cleaned daily and well maintained. From previous comments, I knew already that Breakfast would be served in a nearly coffee, located just 3-4min walk from a B&B, and it was a bit funny to hear when Carlo said that it is “just because of COVID-19”. Little lie, I guess there is some reason behind, never the less, it was my best experience with B&B and I will definitely book this place again. Thank you!

I loved everything, but I need to say something; I would say maybe try to find something different to change a plastic cups in the living room. Just to be more environmentally friendly :)

Thank you Marcello for your amazing hospitality. I had a really comfortable stay. He really goes the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable during your stay and helps you plans things to do locally. He was very communicative! The B&B is situated in an excellent location, on the doorstep to Palermo's most popular attractions, restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The property is sandwiched between Via Maqueda and Via Roma, therefore making it ideal for travellers wanting to visit the city centre and the local beach.

As part of my package, I was provided with breakfast coupons for a nearby café bar. Even though the breakfast was delicious, the staff at the bar were very unfriendly and hostile, which made me feel very unwelcome. My room was very humid at times as the a/c unit was awkwardly fitted above the wardrobe, but nevertheless, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
