Had a great stay in Kiev,the Hotel was very well located and the room was very comfortable, also the staff at Crystal hotel were very nice and very helpful with everything I needed..thanks again to Julia for all your help.

The location is excellent, could not be more central. Everything you could possibly need is within a short walking distance of the hotel. The interiors are exactly what you might expect of a 3 star family run type hotel. Fairly humble, but more than acceptable. But what made the difference - and is something that large chain hotels could never match, is the quality and warmth of the staff. Julia (our receptionist) was literally an angel. Always there, not just with the every day things, but with genuine care, warmth and openess for her guests. Need an open ear? Julia will be there to listen, had bad luck in love? Julia can make you smile and face the world with optomism once again. Always available, always willing to help and always willing to share with her infectiously optomistic spirit. Mazen (the owner I believe) was as equally warm and considerate. There were many days when it became easy to blur the boundies between us all, as rather than just a guest, I often felt we had become genuine and lasting friends. I don't know if this is true for all the guests that go there, but for me it was my interactions with the staff here that made my stay truly memorable. Thank you all for a truly wonderful experience. I'll remember it always. 🙂

Great location practically on Maydan.

This is more a collection of rooms than a true hotel with the usual infrastructure. That being said, the staff will go overboard to help you with anything you need.

They have been really helpful and kind from the moment you step up until you leave the hotel This is the one you look for if you like friendly staff, clean room and much more in the heart of the city

Room was very clean, beds are comfortable, staff very friendly. Location is great.

It is centrally located albeit hidden. Staff is awesome and speak English very well. They even have washcloths! A rarity in Ukraine. This will be my “go to” location.

No restaurant. Housekeeping can be a bit disappointing.
