Hotel Ukraina w Kijowa znam od wielu lat. Bardzo ważnym atutem hotelu jest jego lokalizacja w samym cetrum Kijowa.
Aktulanie w związku z rosyjską agresją na Ukrainę ten hotel, jak i wiele innych, przeżywa kryzys odwiedzalności. Odbija się to niekorzystnie np. w serwowaniu śniadania, które kiedyś było urozmaicone, a dziś ma ograniczony, stale ten sam wybór. Także internet w moim pokoju był dosyć słaby.

Its a good location and easy to park.
We had 3 rooms and the temperature in the rooms varied between +13-15 c, we asked for extra heating and 1 room get a portable radiator but even with it on all night it was maximum +18 degrees.

Розташування - просто супер. Самий центр міста.
Сніданок - чудовий. Можна обрати все, за своїм смаком.
Номер - також непогано.
Робота ліфтів. Це просто жах. Я проживала на 7 поверсі. Дочекатися ліфт - просто неможливо. Їздять повільно, взагалі незрозуміло, чи викликаний він, чи ні. Їде він до тебе, чи ні.
Гладілка також жахлива. Погана праска, прасувальна дошка розламалася просто під сукнею. Думала попрасувати на підвіконі, але воно було жахливо пильне.
До того ж, вона там одна.

The location is the best. The view out of the enormous windows is amazing. When you open those big windows you can really feel the vibe of the city, you feel like you are outside even though you are on 14th floor. Big room, clean and comfortable. Same for the bathroom. Nice staff too.
Even though it's in the city center, you need to put a little effort to walk to the hotel. Also, Ubers were confused how to get to the hotel.

This is my favorite hotel in the world. absolutely best spot in the perfect city in the world. Always amazing staff. They go out of their way to be helpful. super nice clean rooms. Overall amazing place to stay.

We wanted to have a stay in central area and this hotel has provided us with all needed. Our room was spcious, bright, with an amazing view. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.
