Location is good

I had below issues with the property: 1-One day before they confirmed early checkin but did not demand extra money. when we reached at the agreed early checkin time they demanded 6000 AMD. This is a bitter experience. 2- There wet no Tea, coffee, sugar for two days. when we enquirer they have one set and stated this is only for one day and then we have to manage on our own. 3- Booking.com states there is a satellite tv but the TV was not working for our entire stay even after complaining. 4- Water was always leaking from the bathing area and the whole bathroom was wet after having bath. They fixed something on this but the water was leaking and we had to stay with wet floor in bathroom for whole day. 5- The chair was broken on day 1 when we arrived . I forgot to complain and then next day they started claiming that I have broken and they demanded money. The chair was a little broken by the earlier customer not bh us. 6- Tyey also demanded money for the curtain broken which I agreed to pay 5000 AMD . 7- On day 1 I agreed with hotel for a one hour late checkout. however on the day of checkout they turned their words and were not allowing to extend. because of this we had to change our travelEvery day there was one problem or the other and they just harassed us with money. My request to booking.com is to avoid such hotels in their listing to avoid harassment

There was a lot of different food for breakfast, everybody can find something to their taste. The room was perfect, and personnel also was very helpful and polite.
