El lugar muy céntrico a la mano tienes todo, muy cómodo

Quick check in. Close to bus terminal. Great restuarants nearby.
TV wasn't working.
2.5 / 5.0
The location was perfect, very close to the ado busses, the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars.
The price is very reasonable compared to others in the area. The interior is very basic but that is expected at this price.
There is no sign of the hotel or a name. You have to ask the people from the restaurant in front of it for the keys.
The staff did not speak English at all. It was very difficult to communicate with them and their only answer was no.
We spent three nights here. The second night the air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. The final third we couldn't sleep because of the humidity and hotness in the room.
The bathroom light didn't work.
The shower was very unsafe. We saw sparks coming from it when turning it to adjust the temperature. The third morning there was no water coming out.

The studios are well equipped, great AC, local television, towels provided, great location.
There is a restaurant attached to the building, the employees there double as staff for the hotel, it was very difficult to find someone to check me in, I got moved the second day because they put me in the wrong room at check in. The back yard has a very beautiful natural habitat that looked like it used to be a pond bit it's full of trash.

The location was precise!
4.5 / 5.0
Good location and price. Quiet room, clean, modern big refrigerator, good wifi. Aircon works well but we kept the windows open and managed fine with the fans only.
There is one pot, one spoon and 3 coffee cups only. No plates, forks, knife or pan if you need to cook. Maybe you can ask in the restaurant?? It's probably not a good idea to cook much because the oily smoke will stay in the apartment because the gas stove has no fan to vent fumes to the outside. That seems to be common.

Location was great! Very close to the local beach and everything needed.
It was impossible to sleep. Very loud music from outside every night plus aircon was blowing straight at us and when turned off if was too hot (perhaps we did not figure out how to make it blow underneath itself to spread the coolness that way instead). If you aren't planning to party until 3-4am, do not recommend.
Double bed was a small double and almost no daylight in the room. Water was barely warm and pressure wasn't great, took forever to wash off the soap. Overall very outdated. We could've gotten unlucky with the room though as other reviews were decent.
We also could not connect to wifi and asked the owner but he did not get back to us.

- location of the property is excellent, near to the beach and a lots of food stalls nearby
- spacious room
- ceiling fan
- a fridge in room
- hot water shower
- the parties at Easy Tour nearby is super loud
- water closet without a lid
- manual reception close at 19:00, I arrived at 20:00 on check-in. A big thanks to the guests there who help me out to get the room key.
- many reviews mentioned that they had I microwave in their room, but I don't have one.

This place is all about location, very close to all the shops and beach.
I wasn't expecting a Hilton experience on my budget. I would have settled for a Motel 6. It took a while to find it, you have to guide yourself by the main hotel across the street. You have to get a key from the restaurant in front of the building, it has a gate but it's never locked the room has two good locks on the door. It's very basic, A/C, private bathroom, wifi. Those are my three musts. It was a very small room, which didn't bother me, there wasn't a toilet lid, didn't like that and I never found a way to get hot water, barely warm at best and that took a while. It's okay for the price especially for the location, but it wasn't a place i'd stay again. Sorry, I'm just being as honest as possible.

The bed was confortable and it was close to the beach
There was no seat on the toilet... really its the basic when you pay 50$ for a room.
No bottle of water like atvertise on the picture, no microwave, no outside patio couch.
No front desk to anwser you, you have to deal with the Guy at the restaurant that is frendly but dont speak a Word in english.

Old, not really clean, no wifi provided, by the main steet

Nice balcony to my room, close to things.

The staff at the restaurant is as helpful as they can be considering the circumstances they work under. The day I checked in the bedsheets were dirty/smelly so the boys did give me a clean set and even put it on the bed. They were also kind enough to give me some (very stained) cutlery and a cup to use for the week.
The location is very close to the tourist parts and the beach. Lots of low-price food (under 5 USD per meal) in the neighborhood if you're on a budget.
The room description is a LIE.
(screenshot from listing included in photos; I highlighted the missing items)
Management is completely absent from the property.
I had the "one room studio" and the description claimed it includes some basic hotel amenities like a microwave and a place to hang your clothing. No. No toiletries, no iron, no closet, no view. I did get a single sample packet of shampoo, but I'm not sure if it wasn't left over from the previous guest. There was an industrial shelf in my room, but not in the one next door. The restaurant staff *laughed* when I showed them the booking.com room description.
Free water? Sure, from the sink!
What it did include is one of those 5 cup drip coffee pots and a refrigerator, so you can't even warm up a drink or leftover takeout food. The water in the pot barely got warm enough to make ramen noodles, plus it all smelled of burnt plastic and old coffee so making tea was not an option either. I came to Mexico for dental work, so I specifically searched for kitchen facilities to cook "soft" food.
The bathroom is a potential deathtrap. Ungrounded outlet above the sink. No hot water in the sink. Only warm water in the jerry-rigged shower with electrical tape holding the shower head firmly in place. It had one of those electric shower heads, but if you set it higher than "tepia" i.e. lukewarm it trips the circuit breaker by the front door. Luckily I had my cellphone nearby so I wasn't in TOTAL darkness when the power went out the first time.
The TV has access to all the fancy internet stuff like Netflix, but you need your own account/password to use it.
One last thing, after a few days I left my wet/dirty towel on the floor hoping to get a new one. The nice cleaning lady folded up the dirty wet towels off the floor and put them neatly back on the shelf. I turned them in to her the next day.
After that she never came back to clean the room at all.

Location and price
Finding the property and getting the keys was very difficult. This was mainly because as a tourist arriving from abroad and not having a local phone, speaking the language or Wifi, communication was very difficult especially only having the block address not the full address of the property. I'd suggest the host send a picture of the property and the lock box code in the greetings email or the day before arrival
Also, all of the kitchenette facilities in the property listing were non-existent. Not even a plate glass or cup.

The location was unmarked so it took me a lot of effort to find it after trading multiple text messages. His contact phone number appeared to have been disconnected long time ago. The room had odd moisture/mildew smell when we first open the door.
3.5 / 5.0
Big room, close to the beach and bus station. Close to outdoor life, pubs and restaurants, as well as other facilities. Forgot once my key in the restaurant late evening, the guys from the rest. were so kind to put it in the key box so I could get it later that night.
Either remove the dirty sink in the room with the gas stove, either clean it and repair it, and put a min. of kitchen utilities.
With little money and a lot of creativity and willingness, much more could be made out of the place. Now it is not more than an easy making money stay. Be aware of meeting with some cockroaches, saw a dead one upon arrival when the room still had to be cleaned. Had a meeting with another one when arriving late night which was walking over my bed and my pillow!!

The location was ideal for me going to Cozumel in the morning. It was about 500 m away from the ferry dock. The room was humble, yet tidy, and had everything that I needed.
I was not informed about a lock box or or a combination to retrieve the key. Fortunately, some helpful guests helped me contact management and get the combination for the lock box. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have been able to get in. Mistakes happen, but it’s imperative to explain in detail and thoroughly about the location of the lock box that you need one, and what the combination is.

perfect location, lovely room, friendly staff
internet was not so great
3.0 / 5.0
The location is very good since it is close to great restaurants, wallmart, and right next to the bus station. The beach is also 2 blocks away.
The building is no longer what is advertised. There are cracks in a lot of places, paint job is also half gone and the supposed outdoors garden is a jungle. For example, the shower is not functioning properly and the water stream is scarse. Overall, it needs maintenance in almost every way. Only selling point is location.
4.0 / 5.0
The room was very good. It had a lot of space, 2 comfy beds, air coditioner worked really well and had a fridge if I wanted to buy something and put in there. It's a good location (near centre) and has a restaurant.
Reception doesn't exist (it's the restaurant) and WiFi wasn't so great.
2.0 / 5.0
The room is close to the central street, the beach and the bus terminal.
There is a discothek with loud electronic music right next to the apartments. Kept playing loud boom boom boom until 3am I the morning my Friday night, while I tried to sleep...
4.5 / 5.0
Proximity to the beach (5min walk), proximity of the fifth avenue (pedestrian-only street, many clubs/restaurants/gift shops...full of tourists), proximity to the bus terminal (from there can go to Cancun, the airport and other destinations), proximity to some shops were you can shop for food and other basics, proximity to some rental car agencies, proximity to some ATMs and to the post office.
The internet is reliable.
The best value you can get for your buck this close to the beach.
Though I wasn't in need, I can understand why some previous hosts were a bit thrown off by the absence of someone on site able to help/to reply to any inquiries (pretty sure that speaking Spanish would greatly help them in the matter :) ). Though, the guys at the restaurant can help you (but again, better off if you speak Spanish).
Personally it was all good.
It is also true that on Friday/Saturday night the clubhouse some buildings away blasts at high volume the music, but it is still manageable (you are not in the center of the dance-floor), at worst just bring some earplugs and you're sorted, I didn't have any issue to sleep.
4.5 / 5.0
Location was great. I needed an 1 hour extension to check out and they accepted without any problem. Wifi and ac were good. You cant pay for a fiat and expect to get a ferrari as many people do in their reviews 😂😂
5.0 / 5.0
Location, attention and cleanliness
4.0 / 5.0
Self-contained with everything necessary.
I could ‘t find it, there’s no sign.
3.5 / 5.0
Good location, helpful people, comfortable bed.
cooling fan was covered with dust, electric device used for heating water doesn’t look safe (cables were over the shower).
2.5 / 5.0
This placed is nicely located and not expensive. We were able to easily walk around town, many places to eat near by.
Also there's a restaurant at the "hotel" so you can get food there if you want typical Mexican street food.
Checkin was fast.
AC worked very well, they also provide a big bottle water at the room which is very appreciated.
The hosts did a barbecue just in front of our bedroom, so we had to live with the smell. There was music all night long next to the hotel so almost impossible to sleep, the music continued through the day. There was a ceiling fan that was very dirty.
The bed can be improved, not very confortable.
4.0 / 5.0
Nice room, close to everything, quiet. Free water, mosquito screens.
There was a microwave, stove and coffee machine but no cutlery, cups, plates, pans to use anything.
4.5 / 5.0
Great location within easy walking distance to 5th Ave, the beach, and ferry/bus terminals. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave, but you need to bring your own bowls, cups, and utensils. There was also fresh water in the room. A parking space was provided but was sometimes a challenge with other cars parked there. Would definitely recommend!
There were no hooks or hangars to hang clothes, especially when wet from the beach or rainy days.
3.0 / 5.0
Good location.
Not so clean and nothing to cook (although it was mentioned).
3.0 / 5.0
Location, wifi, purified water.
If your plan is to visit playa, and just have a place to sleep this is for you.
2 people 1 towel, bathroom floor looks old and dirty
2.0 / 5.0
There is no sign at the entrance, it doesn’t even look like a hotel/hostel from the outside. We went to the restaurant near the gate and there we collected our keys. There were no hot water in the shower, and when i texted the owner he didn’t even reply! :( so, i wouldn’t recommend this place
