Property is just as the pictures represent. Went to Cape Canaveral for our friends 80th birthday, and this condo was perfect for our stay. Right on the beach and plenty of things to do close by. I would recommend this place to my friends.

We have been to this part of Florida before and this was a terrific location and a wonderful unit. Every morning we woke up and sat on the porch and watch the sun come up over the beach and dolphin swimming by. The show collecting on the beach with terrific and the surfing and boogie boy was phenomenal. We actually got to see three rocket launches during our stay two from the beach and one from the porch. The support of Kelsy was outstanding with constant communication with any issues which there really were none of. The unit was well stocked with Beach supplies and towels and the renovation makes it a real Beach feel. We will definitely be going back there and hopefully sooner than later.

We really enjoyed our stay. The master bed was so comfortable but the twin beds need to be replaced. We were able to see multiple rocket launches from the balcony and it was awesome.

This was our first time staying on Cocoa Beach and we couldn't have asked for a nicer host. Condo was right on the beach. Showers were great and the extra amenities like the tennis courts and basketball courts were a bonus. The beach was not crowded and we enjoyed lots of quite down time as a family.

My family of 5 (3 kids - 12, 7, and 2) had an amazing time at this condo. We loved the location and that it was in a less crowded area of Cocoa Beach. The pool was great and the property was very secure. The condo itself had every amenity we needed, including a pack in play. The communication with the owners was also great. Thank you for a great spring break trip!

This was the second year we leased this condo. The view is outstanding and the condo is very comfortable. Very enjoyable experience.

The unit is wonderful with an amazing view. Nicely decorated and all emmenities you need to be comfortable. Only down sides...the unit needs to be painted and living room furniture cleaned. Water pressure in shower was non-existent. Wonderful week.

We had a fantastic stay at Cape Winds through Stay In Cocoa Beach. Kelsy and the team were great, and the unit was clean and met our needs without issue. This is our second trip with Stay In Cocoa Beach, and we will return again!

Enjoyed our stay but the unit we were in was quite noisy. Located right by trash shoot and elevators. Nice place though. Will rent again :)

This was a great place to stay! Just a short walk to the beach, enjoyed evening walks or sat on the balcony of an evening and listened to the ocean. Great restaurants! A1 Fun Rental was a great place to rent bikes.

Great location with plenty of room. We enjoyed the patio and view. Location was in good proximity to the pier and great restaurants. Perfect family get a way!

Very comfortable stay at Cape Winds. The balcony view was great, bed was comfortable, unit was quiet for the most part (except on garbage day), adequate parking, helpful office staff, nice pool and hot tub, lovely quiet beach, short drive to a number of good restaurants, hiking trails and Kennedy Space Center. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans but no condiments or spices. We would return.

Cape Winds unit 204 was really nice, it was recently redone but they could have went a little further and filled in holes and given a coat of paint. It needs a bit more love which is why I gave a 4 star. It was pretty clean but there was dust on top of cupboards and door trim plus soap running down the side of the washer and dryer. Overall though it was really great, awesome view, heated pool, hot tub and sauna, lots of beach stuff (towels, 2 chairs, umbrella, beach toys, 2 boards). The patio door doesn’t lock so you use a pieces of wood, which is fine, again the small things could earn my 5 star rating. Washing machine only works on cold water otherwise LF error, no big deal as long as you know. Kitchen is well equipped, no spices or oil so bring your own stuff. Publix grocery is the closest but a bit expensive, Walmart and Save a Lot are better priced options. It was really cool seeing the cruise ships leave. We were there for New Years and there were lots of fireworks. The area is just so nice, the people are really wonderful. The beaches are awesome, public parking, covered parking , a basket ball and tennis court on top of parking garage. A place to wash your car. It was nice and warm when we were there, a few days of 26C not bad for January. We had an issue with the door lock not working but Drew had it fixed by the next morning. So would I recommend it, of course. We are a family of 5 with 3 girls aged 5 to 11 and it was great. 3 TVs for down time and with a heated pool and hot tub plus club house and sauna they were more than occupied, plus the beach of course. We went to Manatee Sancturay park about 5 minutes away hoping to see manatees but did not, very nice park though with a play ground, we had a picnic there and walked the path plus board walk. We would definitely consider going back to the cape Canaveral / cocoa beach area. The beaches aren’t crowded, the people are wonderful, you can’t go wrong.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful, direct view of the ocean. The unit we stayed in was pretty clean but could use some simple repairs. Both bathrooms had drywall patches on the walls that just needed finishing and maybe a fresh coat of paint throughout. I like how the condo is very simply decorated without a lot of clutter. The outside of the property is very well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in many units in this resort but the master bedroom of this one is right next to the elevator and dumpster. If you are a light sleeper beware. I was exhausted the entire time. The bed is also super firm and I am a side sleeper so my back was hurting as well. Very clean well kept unit.

We sent two weeks in this Condo. Had everything we needed and plenty of space. Pool was wonderful and not crowded. The view from our balcony was nice. Fun watching people on the beach and cruise ships. Nice area to go for walks and everyone was friendly. We have stayed in this complex before and just love it. Very well maintained. We would highly recommend this Condo and we will return hopefully next year. Thanks Drew

Excellent stay, no problems at all

I've stayed at cape winds many times and have experienced everything from bed bugs to toilets not flushing, dirty this, broken that, etc. Overall, this unit was in excellent condition, very clean and everything worked. The price was right as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great vacation at Cape Winds! The unit was very comfortable, clean, oceanfront view that it made you feel like home. Drew, the Property Manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We did not take advantage of the pool and hot tub because we loved the beach way more. One thing I would recommend is a hose off area where you can get the sand off everything before going back to the unit. If there was an area, we didn’t find it. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation. I am hoping to return next year! Thanks for everything! The Daniels

We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice and plenty of room for a family. Pool was clean and surrounding area was kept mowed. Love that the condo had a push button entry instead of keys. Close to beach and shopping plus restaurants. Would definitely rent this property again.

We loved staying at this property. The location is good, beach access is easy, and they had all the beach supplies we needed included. Highly recommended.
