I LOVED that the breakfast was at an actual cafe with locals. I loved the AC, the armoire, the comfy bed, the huge bathroom, the lights in the shower, the curtains, the location, the facilities.

The wifi wasn't super strong and it was a little too noisy in the halls, like when other guests were entering and exiting- VERY loud that I had to use earplugs all night. But I still thought everything else great about it made it worth it

Both Lucia and Francy went beyond what I'd call normal to look after us. Obviously being in such a central position in a limited access town both were incredibly helpful in making sure we were parked up correctly and all permits etc etc were taken care of. Plus although the reception isn't occupied 24hrs a day Francy was checking that we were ok and giving us useful pre arrival info and then during our stay asking if we needed anything for our room via WhatsApp. Great room: roomy, clean, tasteful decor, large bed, air con and in our room remarkably quiet considering we were in the centre of a busy town. All this was a great bonus to our lovely stay in Montepulciano.

I can't say there was anything that we didn't like.

The room was very comfortable and was located in the center of Montepulciano. Air conditioning worked great. The host was very easy to communicate with. Security in the building was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Please note, there was two flights of stairs to climb so may not be for everyone. The hotel is across the street from our favourite cafe. So nice to get up in the morning and have a short stroll for a croissant & cappucino!

This was the best Booking.com stay I have ever booked and I have made plenty. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and could not have been more helpful and friendly. The accommodation was so tasteful and perfectly proportioned with aesthetic decor. Location in town was ideal and the beds were super comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

The furnishings were sparse but very tasteful and beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful ... so lovely we took photos! We loved the location because it was so central. The owners instructions were great and they arranged permits to enter the village with our car. Our room had a view of the street which we loved. While it was an expansive view of the Tuscan hills, it was still lovely and what we were promised. All good!

Nothing really. Parts of the building were being renovated when we stayed which detracted from the experience, but no fault of our accomodation.

Montepulciano is mostly closed at this time of the year, so there were very limited options to have a drink at night or dinner.

The room and bathroom are spacious; public parking nearby. Central place in the village. We were delayed due to flight and accident on the way; Francy and Lucy were availble and helped us to check in. Highly recommended.

I didn't know that the breakfast would be at a local bar. It would be nice to know that before hand.

No one was there to greet me and I couldn't get in. Thankfully, my driver stayed with me until we were able to straighten things out.

It was really great to stay! Good location, very close to the parking station - still you should walk up the stairs with your baggages, you should know the whole town is up the hill- and good wineries and the fortress are close enough! The staff was so nice and recommended good restaurants and wineries. Beautiful place!

Everything was wonderful. It was located in the middle of town in a beautiful old palace. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was excellent. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Breakfast was at a nearby café with the most spectacular view. But the breakfast only contained of a cup of coffee, a crossaint and a glass of juice.

The host really transformed this experience to be a true 10/10. she helped us organize a few taxis and a wine tour. she even gave us a lift to the train station when no taxis were available. the room was in a superb location. everyone always looked jealous as we exited into the Main Street. the air conditioning worked great and the shower was lovely. we loved staying here and highly recommend.

Lovely little hotel right in the heart of Montepulciano. Lucia was very friendly and helpful with our bags. We really enjoyed our stay.
