We LOVE everything. Actually we're still here for another day but couldn't wait to write our feedback for future guests. The location is perfect, a beautiful secluded spot on a gorgeous beach. The owners are the most helpful and genuinely honest and sincere hosts you could wish for. They go above and beyond any expectations you may have of Thai hospitality. A super helpful, kind and caring couple who work so very hard to ensure this lovely place runs so smoothly. The rooms are gorgeous very very clean and super comfortable beds.. We love the complimentary morning coffee We especially love all the thoughtful touches that this place effortlessly provides.

The is nothing that we didn't like, only the fact that we will be leaving soon....:(

Every was perfect here. Bungalo was near the beach (about 20 meters). Room was very clean. Personnel was very kind and always glad to help. Thank you, mr. Pong for all your help :-) Place is pretty quite with beautiful view to Koh Phangan. I definitely recommend this hotel to visit!

The room was without windows. Bedsheet were with some spots. Only one towel.

The owners are such amazing hosts. I just asked him how to get to the pier/Barbour day after and the owner was willing to call for a taxi for me. I asked about dining options and he was ready to prepare a breakfast the day after. The lady brought me tea, when I only said I don’t drink coffee. At every single point t I felt they were taking care for me and I appreciate it so much. When it comes to the property: my vocabulary in English is too poor to find better words than amazing, awesome, stunning, impressive. All superlatives and more. My mistake is that I booked too short stay here. Everything, absolutely every single detail was perfect. As for this price I got a VIP luxury and service, and I’m just an average traveler. The hotel is right at the beach: 10-20 meter from my room to the beach. I see a potential and the direction that in my opinion the resort should go into. If the owners read it, please consider my words, cause I think you do it really well: eco-friendly/sustainable. Thailand needs more places like this. Besides mineral water in my room I didn’t see any plastic bottles around there, all drinks were served in glass or cups. I saw the shower had an installation where the water was sprayed being mixed with the air, so the water usage was limited. This was impressive. I think the owners, who are also super friendly, give a good example of how to maintain a property with a responsibility for the environment and showing what sustainable development is. Guys, you’re really good at what you’re doing. I’m sure I will me back one day, though usually I don’t miss places visited once. All my friends going to Thailand soon were recommended to stay in Maenam Villa.

Stunning quiet location on lovely swimming beach, with nice restaurants next door and dotted along the beach. Immaculately clean and modern units (and beautiful views from the beachside villa). Friendly helpful host.

The manager or owner is the most helpful man alive. He loaned me his personal scooter to go and get cash when it was too late to get a taxi. He arranged for my ferry ride and transportation. And most amazingly when I needed to stay until 5 pm the day of checkout he let me stay in the room at no extra charge

The hotel is run by 'Bong' - a delightful man who semi(!)-retired to run this resort which he built himself. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and meeting him was a highlight of our stay. It is a beautiful view across to the northern islands, and very secluded. We managed it without our own transport - either hiring taxis (through Bong), or walking into town (easiest by a short detour along the beach). You are well away from the party scene, but can get to some decent restaurants easily. The rooms are great, and kept clean, but be aware that they are all double beds (I thought that the website suggested twin), and that they don't have a way of putting a third adult bed into a room.

it was a little awkward arriving thinking we could accommodate 5 of us in 2 rooms, and could only be solved by taking out an extra room, but Bong was kind and helpful. His English is a little limited so there were points were communication was a little slower than might be ideal.

Thank you very much for a lovely stay, very caring and attentive owner. The property/ territory is immaculately groomed. Beautiful attention to details.The rooms are very clean and tidy. The location is just amazing, so close to the sea that you can have a swim first thing in the morning.

The room was very nice: a comfortable bed, a closet, a great bathroom with a shower apart from the toilet. The accommodation was very pretty and it was at the beach. The owner was also very kind and helpful, could help us with everything we needed for transfers and more!

The room wasn’t dirty, but it could’ve been more clean: there were spiderwebs + spiders that could’ve been removed and on the ceiling were hanging some (we guess) babyflies.

Very kind and helpful owner. Everything very clean. Excellent, stable wi-fi. Sea ten steps away from my door. Good air condition, bug nets, comfy laptop work space. Hotel looks pretty and the yard always smells of plumeria.

Pillow. Just a personal preference but it was to big of a pillow and wasnt helpful for my bad neck/back. Not the resorts fault.
