We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. Mary was very easy to get in touch with regarding any issues or questions we had.

The location is absolutely amazing. Away from all the crowds. We have stayed here before and will absolutely do so again! I cant think of anything we needed that wasn’t there! From the cleanliness, beautiful decor, and furniture I don’t think I could have asked for more. Mary is absolutely wonderful and can’t thank her enough!

A comfortable, beautiful, condo right on. the beach. It is on the quiet end away from all the traffic and noise. We have stayed several times and love it here.

Wow - this place is very well appointed. Everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation. Having use of the beach chairs and umbrellas was a plus. Access to the beach was top notch. Mary is an excellent and attentive host. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking.

Mary has the loveliest taste in decor and all of the most modern amenities available. Anything you could ever need for the most perfect vacation! All just one step from the beach!

I cannot recommend this condo highly enough! Mary has paid attention to every detail and stoked it fuller than any condo I’ve stayed in before. The view, the location, the area it’s in, everything is perfect. Anyone can recharge and relax here and we’ll be back!

We loved interacting with the owner Mary! She paid every attention to detail in the unit. There are three coffee pots, plenty of utensils to cook with, and the furniture was all new! We loved being able to walk out onto the beach! The tempurpedic bed was great! We will definitely stay here again.

This was our 4th year in a row to visit the PCB area. This property is at the top of our list for future visits.

We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything you could imagine provided. My grandmother was able to walk down to the beach without stairs which was a big plus. We will definitely be back!

The condo is well decorated. Loved both bedrooms have king sized beds. Kitchen is well stocked and will modern appliances. They have chairs and beach towels so you don’t have to bring them. We had a issue with a blind and toilet that were not working well and Mary had somebody out there right away. She was very easy to contact.

We have been going to Panama City Beach for years and we finally found a place we love!!! The condo was perfect!! Honestly, next time we probably won't bring anything but clothes,because the condo had everything we could possibly need or want. We loved the fact that we could walk right out and off the patio into the sand. No more lugging stuff up and down stairs to the beach. The water is only a few short steps away!!! We have definitely found our go to place at the beach!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The appliances were over the top. Touch less faucet , Viking icemaker, you name it. Tempupedic bed let me sleep like I haven't in years. We will definitely be back. Perfect host. There was nothing we could imagine needing. We're coffee lovers and Mary had 3 different machines. The expresso was perfect. Thank you Mary for a wonderful stay!!!

Well decorated, everything we needed. But most importantly, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Walk out the back door and your feet are in the sand. Amazing. I will definitely be back. Most relaxing week for me in years!!

My wife and I stayed here last year and it was such a peaceful week! Days spent lounging around on the beach, evenings spent watching the sunset. We will be back this year for sure! The condo had everything we needed for the week. It's close to a grocery store, so we stocked up when we arrived and cooked for ourselves for the week. There is a Publix and a Winn-Dixie within 1/2 a mile or so, as well as a couple liquor stores, a bank, cvs, etc (just about any store you could need really). I would suggest this to any traveler who wants to have a relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable week away from the wild crazy party atmosphere on the other end of Panama City Beach.

This home was top notch! The clean white sand is at your back door and only steps to the crystal clear water. The beach was very private and other than a few walkers and neighbors we had the beach to ourselves. The home is near everything you will need restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores and just far enough away from the crowds of PCB. The home was very will stocked with all appliances and utensils needed to make the stay enjoyable. Need coffee? Well the owner has almost every type of coffee making device invented ! It was nice having our own little coffee shop every morning. Kitchen is very well stocked with new stainless steel appliances, large fridge and a stand alone ice maker. At the last minute we had to reschedule our first trip due to a death in the family. The owner was very understanding and went above their duty to help us reschedule our trip. The washer and dryer were full size and not the small stackable ones you would find in many other units. The home was also equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and a nice size gas grill which cooked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to all of our family and friends.

One of the best units we have ever stayed in. Very clean with absolutely anything you need for a great beach vacation. Mary was very easy to deal with, and love how the beach comes right up to the unit. Would highly recommend to anyone, hope to be back this fall.

I have stayed in Mrs. Gilreath's townhouse at Pirate Cove for the last 5 years. The first time we came we fell in love with it! The beach is right outside the patio door and is quiet and peaceful. The property is very well maintained and has all the comforts anyone needs. I plan to stay with Mary more in the future. She is great as an owner and even though I have never met her in person I feel like we have been friends forever! I highly recommend this property to anyone!

This condo has top of the line furnishings and beautifully decorated. The condo feels like a second home to us. The view is breath taking. You can sit inside and see the beach. Go out the sliding door and you have your own private paradise. It's never crowded on the beach and a grocery store right around the corner. It's the place to be.

Stayed many times. Unit is always clean and Mary is nicest person. Pirate Cove is greatest, in front door and straight out back door to beach, walk to grocery store, drug store and restaurants.

This was a beautiful vacation home. I have rented plenty of condos and this one beat them all. The kitchen was to die for with every single piece of equipment you could ever want. There is a mini bar with an ice maker and blender and all kinds of whimsical glasses. When we opened the vertical blinds I couldn't believe how close to the water we actually were, when the website said "on the beach" they really meant it. We had beautiful white sandy beaches. The owner was a dream to work with. She was prompt in answering my questions and was very sweet and seems to really enjoy sharing her home with others. It was clean and attractive. The master bedroom looks out over the ocean and we slept with the sliders open and listened to the ocean each night. It was a family oriented beach, not crowded and lovely neighbors. There is a restaurant within a block and a winn dixie next door to that. The condo is close enough to "downtown Panama City Beach" to enjoy the shopping and dining. We will definitely be returning. This condo is everything we wanted and more. All the amenities promised were really there. Thank you so much Mary!!
