Fantastic apartment with a wonderful view, the location is prefect just a 3 minute walk from the Old Town. The host were very helpful and friendly.

Location was fabulous and the host were very attentive - it was clean and stocked with everything you need. Even a bottle of wine, beer and cookies . We highly recommend Apartment Figurin and are confident in saying you will not be disappointed.

The view of sea and old town is spectacular. Trade-off is lots of steps to get into town. Definitely worth it for us.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Hosts were brilliant. Beds were very comfortable. The views were amazing and so close to everything in the old town. We will definitely be back and recommend to stay here. It has a beautiful terrace. We wish we could go back.

The terrace is lovely and much bigger than it looks in this picture. Beds very comfortable Great air conditioning which was very well needed! The owner Mihael was lovely extremely helpful and we had a private taxi service from airport.

The steps! 😜 Only joking we knew with a cracking view like we had there would be steps. It was very hot but again it was July and expected!!

We arranged an airport transfer with the owner and the driver knew the apartment and took us in and showed us around. We had our own dining terrace with splendid views of the harbour and sea to Lokrum Island, as well as a long balcony off both bedrooms. A drawbridge entrance to the Old Town was 5 minutes walk down stepped walkways as was a small supermarket and bakery. The rooms were all spacious and the beds were comfy. There were fans in the bedrooms rather than aircon, but we were very comfortable with this set-up and slept well, there was an aircon unit in the lounge, which was very pleasant. The owners were very communicative and made contact to check we were happy and ask if there was anything we needed. The apartment was well equipped with large bath towels and beach towels too. There were a few food item essentials in the kitchen, salt/pepper/sugar/tea/coffee which was greatly appreciated. All in all we had a wonderful stay. There are about 30 steps up to the garden level from the street but once inside everything is on one level, and we would recommend Figurin to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik.

The stay here made our trip to Dubrovnik even better. Its just a beautiful, spacious apartment with every facility you can think of. I had my in-laws and 1 year old with me and we were very comfortable at the property.

Very large and modern apartment in a fantastic location with helpful host.

The space in the living room and dining room, the outdoor terrance, the fantastic views of the old city from all the windows and the terrace, the smell of orange blossom, and especially how woelcoming and helpful both the hosts were.

We liked everything about it.

Great location close to the Old City. Lovely sunny terrace with views of the Old city and the harbour and a friendly cat. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful, even leaving a snack in the fridge when we arrived late.

Mihael was a lovely host for us. We loved staying at Figurin, and our experience in Dubrovnik was enhanced by our stay here. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and close to everything. Not too many stairs to get to the Old Town gate. The views from the apartment are wonderful as well. All in all, a great property and a wonderful host.

Exceptional location! We had the perfect view of both the sea and Old Town from the terrace and the balcony off both rooms. The living space was bright and open, with a nice sized dining room attached. The host was great, he showed us where to park and gave some recommendations of local restaurants. It was an easy walk to Old Town, and right down the street from the cable car.

Great location. The owners are kindness and care about us. Perfect.

We had a fab stay here. You can’t beat the location. Literally a two- to three-minute walk to the old town and the beach. Terrace is far bigger than it looks in the pics which was a real bonus. Fresh bathroom. Good sized bedrooms, both with a view over town. Practically next door to the cable car. Michel was amazing, bent over backwards helping us book wine tasting and horse riding. Great man for tips! The view from the terrace is fabulous. We very much appreciated the tasty charcuterie platter and biscuits that were left to welcome us on our arrival:-) We would stay again!

Would have liked to see more kitchenware, especially glasses. Not enough for a bigger family or couples travelling together (easily fixed!). Kitchen is compact but I guess most people who travel here don’t dine in:-) Otherwise no complaints! Don’t hesitate to book :-)

Everything perfect: beautiful apartment, nice terrace with great views to Dubrovnik and dedicated hosts made our stay an unforgettable experience.

First off, the owners are such amazing and helpful people. Whatever you need, they’ll help you with it. Then the apartment, we had such an great stay in their beautiful apartment! The view, the location and the apartment itself was perfect! You have the best view of the old city and you’ll be in the old city (the city center) within 5 min. So when you want to sleep you have the peace and quiet, but if you want to go to restaurants or party you’re there within 5 min. The best combination in my eyes. We’ll definitely go back to!

Mihael was fantastic from moment he picked us up at airport to when he dropped us at ferry terminal. He had lots of advice and despite having been to Dubrovnik 3 times previously, his restaurant recommendations were new to us and all good. The apartment is lovely, exactly as per the pictures, about 10 mins walk from Ploce gate but it is up hill, which wasn’t a problem for us. The view from terrace and bedrooms over the water and old town is worth the steps! stunning we will return.

Master bed was a little firm for me, nothing a thick mattress protector couldn’t sort.

Location was great. Close to all tourist attractions. Apartment was big and clean. It had all the necessary amenities and supplies. The host (Mihael) was friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations.

First of all, it was the greatest welcome I have ever experienced. The host was waiting for us, despite later arrival than previously declared. Even when late, he still smiled and was very helpful with our luggage. We received a real "red-carpet treatment" with an excellent welcome package which I barely saw even in top rated hotels - wine, cheese and ham platter, additional beach towels and some more little details which immediately made our stay like a day in paradise. The view from the terrace is marvelous and breath-taking. We enjoyed that most. The actual state and comfort you received was better than the pictures advertising it . I definitely recommend it for a group of friends or a numerous family - you will love it! A short walk down the stairs and you are at the beach or the old town. A well-equipped shop nearby is a plus too.

No parking place assigned to the apartment. You must find it somewhere around which is not easy, but here again, the owner made it happen for our comfort.
