Super hot on the beds in 2 floors apartments (air-conditioning doesn’t help)

We chose the apartment according to its location, as we wanted to stay in a calm neighbourhood, close to the town of Volos and the beaches, with parking next to the property. The apartment is spacy, nicely decorated, with a large terrace, provided with a large table for meals and armchairs for relaxation! The room is large enough for a double bed, a closet, another table and chairs for meals, a well-equipped kitchen with heated plates and an oven, and a proper fridge with a freezer. Beyond that, there is enough space for suitcases and storage. Communication with the host was swift, friendly and helpful! Parking was possible on the street, under the terrace but also on private ground, next to the property. Very pleasant stay, which will make us come again!

The property and location were perfect for us, as we travel by car. If not, the beachfront is very close (although not visible from the apartment) but the beaches and restaurants are about 1 to 1,5 km away. this is not a minus.

Nice area, pretty close to the beach with lovely beach life and restaurants. Apartment was clean, like on the pictures. Smart check in solution.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well equipped so we did not use it. Bathroom is older and we had the impression that it was not that clean.

Nice and clean place for the price very friendly staff.

I had a minor problem to collect the keys, the mechanism was jammed. Ms. Dina was immediately there to assist. Apart from this minor snag, everything else was PERFECT!!! Highly recommended, the area was lovely. I will re-visit.

A few points below, to make the place better. Don't consider them as bad points: The main yard door is not easily opened by visitors. This is good for security, but we had to go downstairs to open the gate for guests. If the shower curtain is changed by a glass cabin, you will avoid wiping water on the floor after using the shower. Take these points into consideration and you will have a top-notch highly rated place.
