My 2nd time at La Cornice and I love it so much - the most beautiful view & garden. Clean, comfortable rooms with great aircon, wifi & electric shutters. Access to use the washing machine & private park ring Benedetta is a wonderful, kind host & makes a delicious breakfast overlooking the garden & the city

Everything about this B&B was wonderful. Benedetta was just perfect from booking through staying through checking out! La Cornice is as the pictures show-WONDERFUL : everything updated,each room has it's own name and design- (we were in Sofia) comfy beds, great pillows, good Air conditioning, no bugs, few steps from the parking space and easy to walk into town. Breakfast home made by Benedetta and her papa (giovanni) was fabulous, everything fresh and tasty served with a smile. THE VIEW of San Gimignano from the gardens and breakfast area were the best in town - they play soft italian music to brighten up your morning. Benedetta helped with every aspect of our visit - Made the first stop of our 40th wedding anniversary flawless. We even were able to wash clothes before heading out. We hope to return next year with our family but not in July- too hot.

Everything was perfect. Location was an easy walk to town and restaurants. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good and Benadetta was our Host and super friendly.

This property exceeded our expectations. I had a booking elsewhere and forgot to pay, this was the next option and so glad I forgot to pay for the other hotel. 5 minute walk to town. The owners are so friendly, Bernadetta (daughter) running the house was so welcoming, spoke clear English and gave us tips on where to eat and sorted a wine tour guide for us. I could not speak highly enough of this B & B. Beds were very comfortable, rooms very clean, lovely gardens and fantastic view. Breakfast was great. The photos in the advert are what you get. Plus on site parking.

This was an amazing property! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Gorgeous views and close to San Gimignano to walk. Benedetta was so friendly and lovely to work with. Even helped us figure out how to easily get into Florence for the day and sent us something we accidentally left behind. She and her father made us a delicious breakfast each morning as well. We absolutely loved staying here.

A million dollar view with parking right out front. Super closed to the town center. The host is simply warm & wonderful and super helpful when we had to visit the hospital. Couldn't be happier that we made this choice.

the view, the breakfast, the warm welcome and wonderful suggestions to visit and where to park and things to see. I wish I had understood better that the parking was so close to the gates of San Gimignano, it was suggested by them to go straight to the property but we parked just outside town upon arrival, take the advance and park at the property!

the rooms don’t have views but I got over that pretty quickly because the breakfast area, and terraced outdoors that are there for all guests is the best view of the city in my opinion.

The breakfast was fantastic. Prepared on site, fresh and very tasty. The room and common areas were very clean. The location was exceptional.

The size of the room and especially the bathroom (shower!) were a bit disappointing. As almost always in Italy, there were almost only Italian channels on the television ... but hey, were not in Italy to watch tele!

Our room description on Booking.com said our room had a washer, A/C, and garden, city and landmark view. Clearly we misunderstood because we thought we'd have a view of San Gimignano from our room but our room was on the street (many are). There was no washing machine in the room (maybe it's somewhere else?). And although the day was quite hot, we were told the A/C was shut off for the season and now unavailable. Street noise with windows open was loud till after midnight. Just wish the booking.com description was clearer so we'd have known what to expect.
