excellent location short walk from the main town nice shower products staff were all so lovely food and drinks from the bar were good and the breakfast was a large selection large patio outside our room

rooms were small and a bit outdated. but if you go in knowing that I think it adds to the charm. pool is nice but smaller than it looks in photos. can be a bit tight to get a car in and out of the spots but that is the same as everywhere in Italy.

What an amazing spot! Minutes away from San Gimignano city centre! The staff was so helpful and responsive with booking tastings at nearby vineyards. The hotel was beautiful, great selection for breakfast!

I was very impressed by this hotel and what I offered for the money paid. The decorations, the room, the view, the pool, the welcome vouchers for drinks, the bikes available - everything exceeded my expectations. The location is very good, within walking distance to the center, breakfast was very rich and tasty, staff was friendly, for sure we will come back there.

The checkout was too early (10 AM).

We came in the afternoon, but still had to wait for the room to be ready. Room and bathroom, quite tiny.

The proximity to town.

We paid alot of money for the room. We got conflicting information from the staff about various things. We were only there for one night and were hoping to use the pool - my husband got in and was promptly told the pool was closed for cleaning!! I saw the spa area was green!! We ordered drinks to have by the pool only to have staff 'forget' about the order!! You are paying a premium for this crap service.

The parking available was great and really helpful ... I think it was 13 euros per day and they reserve you a spot. The rooms are pretty small and the bathroom was even smaller so the floor ended up getting soaked it's difficult to get the shower head in the right place without flooding the place. The view from the room was great as I paid extra for this, but the balcony can only fit one person on at a time so not great. Breakfast was really good and staff are really friendly.

Surrounded by countryside, beautiful scenery. Nice swimming pool to cool off. our room for three was perfect. our granddaughter had privacy in her room. I saw some of the other rooms as we walked the halls as the maids were cleaning. They had gorgeous views but were small. we had no view but needed the extra space. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered extensive selection. I’d stay here again for sure.
