Location great, pick up service prompt and on time, staff very friendly and helpful

Close to the airport, just stayed the night for an early flight. Not much to do otherwise. Dinner was very good with vegetarian option. A very nice touch, while having dinner they play music depending where you come from, to make you feel at home. I thought this was an amazing touch from part of the host. :) Asante.

The staff were super transactional, I was asked to pay within 5 mins of my arrival. Electricity was out for the whole night, I had to take a shower in the dark. The room was somehow very hot despite the weather app reported only 20 degree celcius. My hypothesis is that it’s due to poor ventilation. Insects were crawling in the room, my partner was bitten by a gigantic centipede! Fortunately it’s only pain but no severe symptoms.

Super nice B&B close to the Kilimanjaro airport. The food was amazing - some of the best we have had in Tanzania, and the host was so nice and helpful. Perfect when you need to stay close to the airport.

Communication from staff before arrival, the staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating and the delicious food they cooked for dinner

There was no water when I needed a shower at 4.30am for a very early trip to the airport and wasn't able to communicate this as it was so early

The place is quite close to KIA airport so it's good for the first night if you arrive in the evening. Price affordable compared to hotels that are at the airport.

Close to Kilimanjaro airport (15-20minutes). Eileen was a wonderful host, always willing to help out and even getting up at 4am to sort out airport transfers.

Its not a great place for longer stays as the area around the house is not very attractive, lots of vacant plots and construction sites

The room we got is more like a big apartment. Even though we arrived late the hostess made a special vegetarian dinner for us and as we left early to the airport we got a packed breakfast to go.

Everything looked basic. At 2:30AM a taxi honked outside our room in the facility where all rooms are very close together so no way it wasn’t heard. It was a surprise as it wasn’t stated any whee that the only means of payment is cash and not via booking.com.

Very kind and understanding owner. Very accommodating with plenty of nice thoughtful touches to make the stay a very pleasant one. Although the stay was short, I would definately come back. Very close to the airport and we were provided breakfast for takeaway, due to an early morning flight. Thanks very much for everything!

I had a big room with a big comfortable bed, with toilet and shower

I didn't really like the shower. It's either too hot or too cold, hard to regulate...

I stayed at Le Parlour only one night before an early flight and it was a super positive experience. It is very close to the airport and they arranged all the transfers and were serious and punctual. The room and bathroom were big, comfortable and clean. Great service in general, they even prepared a lunch box with my breakfast to take away. Thank you guys!

Everything was fabulous. The accomodations were great and the breakfast that came with the booking was super. It was made to order. I as traveling 8-9 hours by bus across Tanzania and they are sure they were in constant contact to make sure the driver would be meeting me at the station to take me to Le Parlour.

For that price much better than expected. Even when we were arriving in the middle of the night the transfer was organized, we felt welcome and everything we needed was there.

The host was incredibly sweet, friendly and welcoming. Also she was very helpful with planning activities. Her food was delicious. We felt very safe and the garden and outer area was very nice.

We arrived in the evening and they provided us a delicious diner with great service and for a very fair prize - we loved it! + very near to the airport, we only stayed one night to catch an early flight to Zanzibar + four small „houses“ with two rooms each, but private bathroom for each room. the houses are equiped with a small kitchen, fridge with drinks and a small living room

- nothing, everything was great! - the room could maybe have another table but you have a kitchen and living room in the small house you share with another room (but private bathroom for both) so its not necessary for the room

Awkward positioning of toilet and shower

Good hotel, very clean and comfortable. We arrived at 1 am and they arranged a driver for us for the pick up at the airport. The owner is very kind and she and her mother run the hotel, they make you feel at home. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious.

There's nothing nearby, but we just wanted to be close to the airport, so that wasn't a problem for us.

Unable to stay longer

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Parlour. They answered me directly through messages and arranged me a taxi driver from the airport. Eventhough it was already night the welcomed me warmly and I was really impressed by the room and the hot shower :p. The breakfast was also really nice and everything super clean! I definetely recommend this accomondation.

Sits alone in a quiet area requires travel to get to attractions and entertainment
