First impressions of the hotel were great beautiful flowers smothering the front of the hotel free parking on the hotel forefront and on the street.( you have to pay in a lot of other locations.) Quiet location compared to some other areas. Breakfast was good branded cereals. Great coffee. As much toast as you can eat just ask for more if required. Lovely full English breakfast.( great sausage). Very attentive breakfast and cleaning staff. Bev the proprietor was always around to answer questions and made you feel very welcome. Rooms were spotless with en suite, kettle,mini fridge, luggage rack and plenty of storage Very short walk to the beach, shopping, pier cinema and lively areas. Free Wi-Fi. Iron and ironing boards provided were decent.

Maybe a more convenient to reach socket in my room. That’s it.

This was our second visit to Barons Court as a mother with two young teenage children. The staff are very welcoming and the service they provide is exceptional. Barons Court, has a warm welcome feeling and the rooms and facilities are spot on. The breakfast provided is to a high standard and the children were overjoyed with it. The location is brilliant in walking distance to all attractions. Without a doubt we will be returning for our third stay in the near future.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable and clean ,we had a full English for breakfast which was brilliant . The owner and staff went out of their way to be very helpful . The Baron Court hotel is in close proximity to the sea front and town amusements . My wife and I both enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Lovely comfortable bed. Nothing too much trouble including cooking us cherry tomatoes "from the allotment". We had a room with balcony overlooking the private garden, with grass & trees, not like being in centre of Yarmouth at all. Great location, 2 minutes walk from Wellington Pier.

Cleanliness. Helpful staff, Comfy beds. Rather old fashioned but totally acceptable.Near places to eat and walks to the dunes and sea

Towels were clean but rather rough so if i stayed again i would take my own . Stairs are no problem for us but people with mobile issues would need to clarify their room
