Terraza y garage

We liked the location, very close to the beach and we could see the sea from our balcony. The apartment block was very secure, extremely clean and the staff there were very helpful. The private pool area was very pleasant and clean. Having two bathrooms was very useful and the balcony was a good size.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the lounge seating could have been more comfortable too. Both toilet seats were very flimsy and not securely fitted.

Everything is perfect, beautiful apartment, exemplary cleanliness, Alina is extremely kind, a perfect host. I recommend to everyone. 100 stars!! ❤️

Great location, seafront. Free garage. Shops in walking distance.

It was cold in the apartment and there was no warm blanket. Kitchen equipment is quite old, some basics could be added, like salt and plastic bag for garbage. Apartment requires more light, some lamps did not work.

Alina the host was super friendly , communicated promptly and kindly arrived earlier to assist check in. She also assisted with an issue with a neighbour very promptly. Wi-Fi was excellent The apartment was clean, fairly well equipped and with a good view of the sea

The noise from the neighbours, which Alina assisted with but it was very disruptive and unsettling There was only around 10 mins of sunlight into the balcony after sunrise which was a real shame

Clean location. Very calm because of low season Heating provided. Comfortable bed.

Kitchen was rather dramatic. A lot of disparate kitchenware. Sorted out some that were the same. Pans not good for electric plates. Electric appliances defective or low quality. 30 percent of the bulbs for lighting defective. Balcony not on the sun side.

The apartment and also the building was super clean. There is a private parking the balcony view was nice, 2 min walk to a nice beach and 10 min to a supermarket. All you need (except wash materials for dishes) was there like kettle, coffeemakers, toaster, microwave… two bathrooms and comfortable beds and Fast wifi

The apartment is big and the air conditioner can’t heat well, although she gave us an extra heater but was not enough for two bedrooms and was a bit cold as we stayed in Dec. Its the touristic area. The city is relatively small has nothing to offer so we drive half an hour to castellon or an hour to Valencia. But for home/beach program is fine It could be load on vacation time and it is not soundproof well
