Thanks to staff that let us check-in at 5am in the morning, it was very helpful! The room is spacious!
Generally, good place for quick stay.
There's not really clear understanding and usage of bookings online, we got a different room but wasn't a big issue. The cleaning could be better, not sure if bedsheets are changed at all...

Only the location was good
Room very congested and bathroom extremely congested. Toilet flush not flushing out the stool completely and no space at all.
Also the fan switch got stuck in on mode, regulator knob was broken and I could turn it only by pressing extremely hard which in fact was very difficult for me. Morning no hot water as somebody had broken some pipe from the solar heater. Again today the regulator knob was broken in such a way that I could not turn it at all and I had to borrow a plier from the reception in order to grip the switch. Again no intercom also available for calling the room service. The manager's phone was always out of range.

The reception staff tried really hard to be clear in the formalities of the procedures and accommodate any needs. Additional requests were dealt with quickly and in an uncomplicated way.

While booking on site amount was rs. 1300 + 158 as taxes and charges. But they actually charged rs. 1478/- + gst taxes stating I need to pay for commission they will be charged by booking.com. Not fare.

Only the location of the hotel was good.
The toilet was very small and very messy.
Very uncomfortable stay and the water reeked of chemicals.

Got verbally abused by a young reception guy for waking him up when I tried to enter the hotel that I already paid for!
I could not believe how rude he was throughout the stay.
