the size of the property, view and location

The location of the apartment is very good, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play, the room is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, pots, pans and tableware are available, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush are also available. Basically, you don't need to go to the 7-11 although it's very close to the apartment, only 1minute for a walk. The boss is also very enthusiastic. Added her LINE before check-in.so she sent the location and tell me how to get the key. When check-out, no need to wait because I gave the deposit by transfer.

The condo is nice itself. I stayed here many times already, and the pool is definitely selling point.

This owner couldn’t arrange smooth check in process for the short term clients. I proceeded a last minute booking. Booked the room just a few hours before arrival. I just needed 1 night to sleep, it was one night booking. Up on arrival I followed the instruction to call some number to get instructions (what if I’m traveling from abroad?!). The key is in the mail box as always with condo. And then interesting began. The owner asked me to transfer the money as a deposit to his bank account. I do understand deposit with hotels, while I’m coming to the reception, they can accept any type pf payment, giving receipt without questions, so you don’t have to worry. But here there is no office at all. Just some private person tells you to transfer your money to him. But what if I don’t use mobile bank? Ok, they said. Give money via cash. But i am traveling with card, and never had any problems in paying via card. But they said it can’t be done via card. Therefore they required me to leave my passport with them. Which is kinda illegal. Of course I refused. But they insisted on deposit. We agreed on me withdrawing money and bring it later. But with current situation I checked two bank branches of my bank on the way and both were closed. Which made me really annoyed cause I had my own business i came to the city for. I need smooth check in with no waiting, calling, searching and etc. so finally i found working ATM, brought them money, and the receipt was given me only after me insisting. Like it’s not normal procedure. The staff in chat was rude and disrespectful, having no good manners required to do hospitality service. And when checking out, they even count cutlery, like i al some thief or something. Again, I’ve stayed just 1 night there! In the end, I do recommend this condo building for you, but avoid this owner, or rental company, god knows who are they, because as I said there is not even office.

Nice rooms. Completely furniture. Owner is good and easy to talk. All good for this trip. 👍👍

- The floor wasn't clean. - TO MUCH security at the entrance. Over than need (6 people and they ask questions that isn't their business like booking number) - You have to clean dishes once you use it, otherwise will be charged 300 baht. Don't be confuse with another LLX Apartments Base Condo. Different location on Google Maps.

The place was nice

- Staff wasn’t friendly at all. They treated us with no respect and manner at all (compared with other 3 hotels we stayed (bangkok & kanchanaburi)). - was asked to pay 2000baht deposit (this was never mentioned before anywhere) - note that I paid via credit card and tagged to my booking. - location was wrongly marked in both google maps and booking.com - had to take multiple cabs to get to correct location. - the walkway from elevator to room stinks like piss. - elevator were limited and very small (for a 31 story condo, only 3 lift was there).
