Pjer was the most hospitable host. He was always there if we needed anything but we had our full privacy. He was very flexible and accommodating on our arrival and departure arrangements. The property was nice and the pool was clean and refreshing on the hot days.

Lovely, clean, spacious property, great facilities. Pjer, the owner and host was charming, helpful, welcoming etc. the pool and garden area were stunning with plenty of shade (it was hot!) we used the pool each day and at the end of each evening to cool down after a night out in Split.

If, like us, you prefer to be independent, with full apartment facilities (two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen with all required equipment, and a lovely garden area, with private pool and dining area) then this is the apartment for you! Pjer (host) is extremely friendly and accommodating; lives above the apartment and is available if required, but does not intrude. Situated in the residential area of Split, you can walk (25mins) or get an Uber (€5) very easily to the main town. Lovely local beach 10mins walk away.

The property is in an excellent location which is within walking distance to the old town, supermarkets and beaches. The road is a residential street so quiet for sleeping. The property is extremely comfortable and we loved the outdoor area and spent lots of time relaxing there. The property was equipped with lots of thoughtful touches for our stay (e.g., coffee capsules, insect spray). Pjer (the host) lives very close by so was able to check us in and maintain the property as needed but also gave us lots of privacy. We checked in easily and had any questions answered rapidly. The apartment is accurately described on Booking.com. We travelled as a family of 4 and found the apartment spacious enough and we spent most leisure time in the outdoor seating area.

Never have we ever had such an amazing host. Pjer greeted us at the apartment, which was spotless clean, and gave us the best welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed, was beautiful and Pjer came every morning to clean the pool and water the plants. We travelled with my 8 months old girl and Pjer had set up a high chair and even got us a crib for her. Him and his family were so welcoming towards us and our little girl. If we ever needed anything Pjer were there to help. (We needed an extension cord, and short after asking, he came with one) Pjer’s English isn’t the strongest, but that never stopped him from trying his very best, and we successfully had very nice conversations with him. The apartment were 3 minutes (walking) away from a grocery store and 15-20 minutes (walking) down to the Riva and city center. So it was perfect for what we wanted and needed! (There is cafés a lot closer if you don’t want the 15-20 minutes walking one day). All in all, it has been an amazing stay and we would recommend this apartment, Pjer and his family to everyone! Highly recommended, and we will look forward to visiting again one day.
