For art lovers of the Biennale, it is just prefect.

Excellent apartment, newly furnished. Very clean with thoughtful extras (coffee, shampoo, soap, shower gel, oil, toilet paper, etc). Perfectly located in a quiet street, but short walk to local restaurants, cafes, supermarket and chemist. Street leads directly to the sea front, just a 10min walk to Sant Marco Plaza alongside the sea front.

Everything was just right

This was an amazing place to stay! The host was friendly and helpful. It’s quieter here but just around the corner from all the spots you want to see. There are great local places to shop/eat. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Great thanks to Alessandra- very friendly and helpful owner! The apparent is very nice, clean and comfy:we loved beds, linen, towels, relaxing zone in the living room. We also liked the surrounding, though a bit far from the center. The place is very quiet and picturesque, restaurants and supermarket next door. Apartment is spacious and has everything for enjoying your stay. Special thanks for Nespresso coffee maker and capsules. And for a bottle of Prosecco as a present for us. Alessandra also helped to organize water transfer from the airport, many thanks for that!

A bit tricky with garbage sorting, but there’s a detailed instructions) The doors inside the apartment close quite loud, especially a bathroom door. Not that much annoying but would be great to fix it :) It did not spoil our stay at all

The welcome was a bit too professional and too quick.

The location is excelent, just near the Giardini dela Biennale and 1 minute from Garibaldi street with restaurants and shops. Not far from the center and Piazza San Marko and Rialto. The apartment is very nice, clean and modern. In the kitchen are excelent appliances and all kind of coffee machines. There were essentials as coffee, thee, oil, vinegar, salt, etc. Alexandra is the nicest host possible. We got the keys early and could stay late. I broke some plates and she did not want to be reimbursed.

It was a great location. We could easily walk or use the Vaporetto to get around from there. The host was very welcoming as well and provided some great tips.
