Beautifully designed room with high ceilings, modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Windows were hard to close so a lot of noise came in from the street, but no problem for earplugs. Breakfast was fantastic and both owners are super friendly and helpful! Definitely a recommendation!

The host are super friendly and helpful, they make a very tasty and local breakfast everyday. The rooms are.very comfortable and although the place is very warm, with the air conditioning is manageable. Great location with restaurants and shops, although is not in the center. The bus and metro are super close.

The bathrooms are across a hall.

Toilet is not in the room, but across the common hall. Was a big surprise to us. Thin walls between rooms.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great and she even organised gluten free and lactose free for my wife.

Laura is an amazing host. She goes above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy with their stay. I really appreciated her helpfulness and our friendly chats. The room was great. It had a small kitchen and all kitchenware one would need. The Wifi was amazing - good for streaming movies and working. Location is great - it is 40 minutes of slow walk from the historic centre (or just 10 minutes by bus). It's a place where locals live, so its full with supermarkets, restaurants etc. - everything is very convenient. Breakfast is classical Italian and Laura makes sure to that guests have different pastries every day - it's really yummy and interesting, because many things she serves are traditional. Coffee is available all day long. And the terrace is simply amazing - so cozy and lovely.

Nothing, all was great!

Very convenient location next to a busy train station and a nice old building with an interesting staircase complete with rickety elevator. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were greeted and checked in quickly and straight away we were recommended a nice restaurant for dinner. Also, the breakfast was nice with a choice of cereals, pastries, fruit and toast, and a freshly brewed coffee.

Delicious breakfast on the beautiful terrace. The mistress herself fed. Very nice woman. The room is cosy. Beautiful. I highly recommend it.

The host served home made breakfast each day! I was so pleased to converse with the host, she knew me by name and even by the end of the trip how I liked my coffee served. She's an excellent host and easily the most helpful host I've ever had through Booking.com. A true gem!

Hospitality, terrace, parking across the street

It is 45 min from the centar, The toilet is small and outside the room,.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. If you check out early and got a late flight the facility is great to relax and work remotely from. Especially if you got some time to kill. The area has plenty of top rated restaurants and spots. It's limited amount of rooms, so it's quiet, cosy and very chill. Will definitely come back here.

I'm quite tall and the bed could've been slightly bigger. However I still slept well.

Laura is an amazing host, with a big smile of welcome and willing to help in anything you might need! She loves her place and this shows in every little thing that she does-from the little lemon tree and plants in the roof garden to the little pies she offers for breakfast.

The room and bathroom where seperated and that was a bit unconvinient if you think that other guests were also around. The place is a bit far from the center at least for someone who wants to have a walking distance from it. Nevertheless the appartment is a very nice area with a lot of top rated restaurants for a great dinner :)

We were welcomed really warm and had a great night at Terazza del Sole B&B! Very good breakfast and because it was raining we were allowed To stay after check out, that was really nice. We would definitely recommend!

Laura and Cosimo were fantastic hosts - every morning a different Sicilian breakfast was provided along with their home made cakes and olive oils. Laura provided us with. great map at the beginning of the stay which showed all her favourite places to go out and explore. The terrace as beautiful and loved having breakfast out there every day. Rooms were comfortable.

location is great for a quiet nights sleep with no street noise but it’s about a 40 minute walk to the centre with the restaurants which was fine for us The walls were quite thin so when other guests arrived back late at night the doors being slammed shut would wake everyone else up

First Laura and Cosimo are great hosts. Always ready to help also show some good food location and what to see in town. Apertmant is beautiful full of details. And breakfast is very good. I enjoy gluten free apple pie mada by Laura, ona of the best so far. Definitely best apartmant I have ever been.

Laura and Cosimo are super hosts. The atmosphere at their place, conversations and tips for your holiday are great! Homemade breakfest and cakes made by Laura are super tasty and super Italian. Sunny tarace, full with plants is a beautiful place to start and end the day. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The historic part of Palermo is walking distance in less than 30 minutes. A lots of bus stops, shops and restaurants are near-by. Hope we will come back there some day!

Cosimo and Laura are wonderful. Accessible, nice and made our stay extra pleasant. Every morning they serve breakfast on the terrace and since I'm celiac, Laura even made me a gluten-free cake. On the first morning, they marked on the map of Palermo, explained and recommended what we should see in Palermo. The rooms are neat and clean, the location is great, close to bus stops, and you can also go on foot or by electric scooter. We definitely recommend this BnB. Grazie Laura e Cosimo 🤗

This is my first 10 out of 10 after 7 years of travelling with Booking. Everything was incredible considered the price paid. Laura and Cosimo treat you as a second family and make all the experience quite better. Fully recommended.
