The proximity of town !

The apartment was consistent with the photos, Clean, well presented and bright. Bathroom clean with good water pressure and beds comfortable. Location of the apartment within easy walking distance of the town. Car park easy to access and park.
The kitchen units round the cooker were damaged but otherwise all in order, the small dishwasher was a lovely addition. The outside door was accessed using a key but the lock was worn which made entry a little more fiddley than anticipated.

The location was excellent, and the arrangements for getting the keys were perfect. The flat was very comfortable and very clean.
The main issue for us was the showers, which were not very powerful. The shower in the ensuite did not drain away quickly enough, so the water levels rose around your feet. In the main bathroom, the shower over the bath was angled strangely. There were also some kitchen lights not functioning underneath the wall cupboards and above the hob.

Amazing apartment in an incredibly central and well-positioned part of the city. It was a perfect space for a family and the amenities were well thought out.
Check-in was efficient and everything was explained well. The reservations team were in contact to ensure everything was as expected. Fantastic stay.

Charming flat in convenient location. On-site parking was a big bonus. Perfect for a family break, especially important - the two bathrooms! Walking distance to shops, site seeing places and the awesome view from our balcony!

The woman who meets you to give you the keys is very nice and was flexible. The location is close to the center, good proximity to the train station, and the apartment was clean and generally looked like the pictures.
The company that owns the property has terrible communication- each time I submitted a request I received a canned reply that didn't correspond to my question. At over 600 pounds for the night, they wanted extra money to let me in early (before 3pm). I refused to pay, and as it was, when I showed up at the appointed time the apartment wasn't ready and the cleaner didn't leave until 4pm. When I asked to leave my bags the next morning (check out at 10am) they refused and told me I'd have to leave my bags at a bag drop in town (the train station has closed their left luggage so you have to go to a mini market that is further from the train station then the apartment is). It means I paid over 600 pounds to have the apartment from 4pm to 10am and then had to pay in addition for the left luggage place. Terrible value for money. On top of all that, we needed to do laundry and the combo washer/dryer doesn't dry and there was no place to hang the laundry so we had to pack up wet laundry in our bags. This place is clearly a gold mine for the owners. Suggest if you are going in summer to check out the university housing. They let out the dorms and that way you get better location and more historic property.

Found along a quiet street just next to the castle. Conveniently located 1 minute's walk away from Westgate shopping centre.
Met by hosting agent at time of arrival.
Walking distance to Christ Church College for its architecture, history and Evensong.
Well-appointed apartment with easy access from the car park via lift.
Beds are comfortable with plenty of towels.
Kitchen had sufficient cooking utensils and equipment, as well as cleaning facilities
There was complimentary starter tea/ coffee and milk.
The balcony door locks were damaged and could not be locked
The lockset in the front door needed to be changed.

Clean, well equipped, great location. Really good efficient communication from the managers.
Minor grumble was it was a bit warm. Apartments in the UK are generally not geared up for hot weather, so not really a surprise that it was a bit difficult to get to a comfortable temperature.

Everything is perfect. Very nice apartment. Location is extremely near to the Westgate Mall. Within walking distance to major Oxford U’s colleges and attractions. Free secured private parking is another big plus. The host is very helpful with fast response and detailed check-in guidance.
With regards to hot water for shower, just remember to ‘boost’ it for an extra hour or two at the timer if you need it after 10PM. Otherwise, only cold water available after that. You will have to wait 30 minutes for the hot water to be available again once you applied the boost. This is typically the case with many other house or apartments in UK as well.

The bedrooms are really fairly small, so if you have lots of luggage, it might be a problem for you.

Location was utterly fabulous. You can see Oxford Castle clearly from the balcony and window in the den. (Photo from the balcony at night.) Heat systems (radiators) worked well. Owner was VERY responsive- contacted him with a question and received a thorough response. Zero complaints!
We were very pleased with the rental and I have no complaints coming to mind. We did not need to move the car once we arrived for the duration of our stay.

Extremely clean apartment. Parking in the basement is a comfortable sized parking lot. Very quiet. Strong shower pressure. Warm, easy to control heating.
Would prefer a firmer mattress, but that is purely a personal preference. Generally, the bed is fine.

We had a very pleasant stay in Oxford. The apartment was very suitable for our needs and met our expectations. It was comfortable, clean and warm and in a quiet location, but on the edge of the centre of Oxford so ideal for visiting all the important sites.
Just what we were looking for and would happily return.
Communication with the key holder and the owner was very good and we were met on arrival with the key.

Great communication throughout the booking/check in process. Brilliant location, 7-10 min walk from Oxford train station. Very close to Westgate Shopping Centre. Nice view towards Oxford Castle.
Difficult to unlock the door at the main entrance to the apartment block.

Location is everything here. Just a 10-minute walk to central Oxford. Car parking is secure. You can stay just the one night which suited us perfectly.
