Very friendly staff with a big smile, lovely breakfast. Accommodation was very secure. We hired a motorbike for 5 days to do a long trip to the coast which was great fun! We were otherwise struggling to hire a bike to do this trip.

Accommodation is a bit pricey. You really need a bike to get in and out of town, otherwise it's a hefty walk/10 minute taxi ride.

Booked a room with garden view, got a window facing the motorbike parking. the door/walls very thin, you can hear the other guests in the other rooms. Probably we were very unlike (we stayed in Antonico during Tet holiday), in the other 3 rooms around us there was a big family, so they’ve been chatting over the corridor, a child was watching a video on the phone and screaming in the corridor, no body care. I ask them 3 (at midnight, at 6.30am and 7.30am) to make less noise because we were sleeping. Nothing happened!

Namely, I loved the staff and their supreme efforts to make me feel welcome and appreciated. They're fun and playful if you like, and also respect your privacy.

As far as Vietnamese accommodations go, this is simply the best place I’ve stayed at. What makes it so special is the people who work there. They take a great pride in what they do and it really shows. The rooms themselves are immaculate and spotless. Several have really jaw-dropping views so treat yourself. The breakfast options included baguettes baked fresh daily on the premises by Susan and her kitchen crew. Although not on the menu, they’ll happily prepare an omelette or scrambled eggs if you prefer. At reception, Jake is the embodiment of Vietnamese hospitality. He was very helpful arranging airport transfers; tours and recommending several very special places to eat that were very close by the villa. In conclusion, somewhere I would not hesitate to visit again and am already planning a return visit sometime in 2023. Thanks to everyone for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

There was no issues whatsoever with the property. Although Grab works fine throughout Vietnam, in Da Lat there seems to be a shortage of drivers at the moment but either Jake or Susan can assist you in booking a taxi. Best of all, you can rest assured they’ll be no issues with the taxi company that comes to the villa.
