Close to the Tube, good for Family of six, two Bathrooms.

Mattresses ok but could be better, would be nice to have Wine glasses, outdoor furniture and hairdryer. We went to wrong place to pick up the keys. Recommend getting privat instruction from the host for key pick up.

I only liked the location

my disappointment with the condition of the apartment that I rented from your property. Despite the great location, I was extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. Firstly, the apartment was very dirty upon my arrival. The carpets, sofa bed and even the bedsheets were covered in dirt, hairs and stains. The towels provided were also gray and looked like they had not been washed properly. This was a major concern as cleanliness is of utmost importance when renting an apartment. Additionally, there was an odd smell that lingered throughout the apartment which was very unpleasant. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable and caused me to feel uneasy. Lastly, the bed in the apartment was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a soft and wiggling mattress which made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. This added to my overall discomfort during my stay.

The location was good, a short walk from elephant and castle station

The bed mattresses could definitely be improved. There was a problem with the heating but the staff was really helpful working around it.

the location is good , close to the tube station and bus stop. easy to reach to the tourist spots. convenient neighbourhood easy to find supermarket and restaurant. a very nice apartment .

an endless police siren at night disturbed our rest sometime. clean a bit the carpet if possible☺️

payment process is stressing for foreigner like me - I had to leave plenty of personal details in the system not known in my area. so till the last moment (key pickup) I was not sure if all of this is fake or not (we had few bad experiences in the past so maybe I’m a bit overreacting).

Location. Security. Spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Really was a nice apartment and good location. Was exceptional value and was perfect for our family of 4. Children were spoiled by having a bedroom each and loved it, with us taking a sofa bed. If returning to London would definitely consider one of these apartments again.

Unfortunately it was evident that others hadn't been respectful of apartment with minor damage (took photos on arrival). This wear and tear was sad as its a lovely apartment in good location. Feel it wouldn't take much to have these things repaired.

Excellent location, not in the centre but close enough to walk. The flat was very comfortable, lot of space for the whole family. Great instructions with maps provided to collect the keys. Very quick communication via emails. We would definitely visit again.

...not that important at the end, but the photo promised an open view, but we had the apartment on the 1st floor, still with a very nice and quiet view to the yard
