great location and price. Staff very helpful. we didn’t climb lions rock but you can easily get there from this hotel. We climbed the other rock that has a great view of lions rock for a fraction of the price. Good breakfast, nice room and pools. perfect for a couple of days or more

Quiet area where you can relaxe. Good breakfast but nithing special. Restaurant for dinner was average.

Stale smell in the rooms was quite intense and impacted the feeling of the whole stay. If it was for better food (warm if brought in) and fresh rooms the rating would move into 8 or 9. The place has good potential.

I've come to love Sri Lankan breakfasts as served here with its unique curry and spices. Large well maintained pool. Birds all around. Each place has it's own wildlife theme.

I was surprised I needed to pay cash when I checked out. Also, there was no room service on our 2 night stay and the staff I spoke to apparently didn't understand my request in English for more coffee and clean towels.

We were the only guests in the hotel due to the fuel crisis in the country. Anyway, the stay was great - the room is spacy, the pool is perfect, and the location is very near to Sigiriya and all the national parks. The staff was very helpful.

a bit isolated, we would of appreciated to have available bicycle to reach different locations in Sigiriya (the property does offer driver services to accommodate for that issue)

Everything was lovely. Nice room, with good facilities. The pool man was very helpful. It is a little bit outside of the town, so own transport is advisable. The pool area was great for relaxation.

There was a bit of a mouldy smell in the room from dampness in the bathroom.

Rooms are big and clean. AC works very well. The pool was perfect after a long tiring day. Owner is very nice and looks after everyone.

This place is awesome! Beautiful garden, nice swimming pool, animals. Staff is the best staff ever! We feel at home with mom. They are very kind and caring! This hotel is the best in Sri Lanka. Be aware with monkeys them sometimes coming and acting like bandits :)

The location is perfect, so much vegetation. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We arrived directly from our long flight, early in the morning and the staff arranged for us to rest in another room until we were able to check in.

Extraordinary surrounding in beautiful garden allowing to see beautiful nature and animals like warans and giant flying squirrels. Very nice pool with amazing pool service. Very good buffet breakfast also with local dishes but during our stay one day was served one and it was not so good. Drivers quaters available for free. We loved it! Greetings for all Staff!

the hotel is located near Sigirya’s rock and close to many restaurants, it’s only 10 mins tuk tuk ride from the hotel. The owner is very supportive and kind, he does his best to offer you a wonderful experience.
