Spacious kitchen and dining room. Clean and bright room. Nice big terrace and balcony, parking right next to house.

Shower needs curtain or glass wall or booth. Water is spraying over making bathroom wet.

The facilities are really good and everything looks new and cozy. Also, the lady running Villa Konrad was very kind and helpful both when we were exchanging messages on booking.com prior to my arrival and on the one occasion we met in person.

It's a bit far away from the center/Old Town of Kuressaare: it takes at least 25 minutes on foot. Other than that the facility and the service provided were perfect on the whole

Check in was easy. The apartment was clean.

We were in the impression that the spacious "holiday home" included a private kitchen, but the kitchen was shared with guests from 8 other rooms. As Villa Konrad was full, the shared rooms and kitchen were crowded. The stairs down are not really safe if you're traveling with small children. I found that the planning of the apartment was percurliar - there were three rooms, but sleeping for all four of us was arranged in one room. The TV was in a room with some dining chairs, not really comfortable. There was a jakuzzi, but we couldn't use it, as only hot water was running, no cold water. The icing on the cake - found a cockroach! I will not be returning.
