Room was so good, washroom was one of the best, all fittings are new and closet with advanced technology.

Lift available till 5th floor. Breakfast was very minimal.

Despite the language barrier, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The staff was very kind and an early check-in was provided imediately after our arrival in the morning. The location was okay with a nice view of Da Lat, however you do need a motorbike or taxi to go anywhere. The beds are clean and spacious.

Cleanliness. The cleanliness wasn't good. There were a lot of stains on the carpet. Apart from the bed and bathroom, it was not cleaned daily. We found hairs, dust, crumbs, stains and dead insects all over the place. Wouldn't dare to walk around the room on bare feet. • Air-conditioning There is a portable airconditioner in the room but the pipe that needs to go out of the window was, well.. not out of the window. There was no place to catch the water so it all spilled on the carpet next to the bed. We had a soaky wet carpet for the entire time we stayed there. • Amenities There were no complementary waterbottles in the room. They were only available as minibar items which come with costs. Normally this is provided in 4 star hotels. • Bathroom/shower The Bathroom and shower looks great and fancy, but the person who thought it was a good idea to install a shower head above a bathtub, next to a toilet, without anything to keep the water in the bathtub must have fallen asleep during interior design class... We had to mop and clean the toilet every time after taking a shower. • Overall look and feel So, the hotel looks wonderful, but if you look more closely there are a lot of flaws. It's best described as a 'What you order on Wish or Alibaba'. Honestly, we laughed it off with that very same idea, but ducktaping cracks in the stairs, loose metals that stick out of the ceiling, poor paint jobs and so much more made it feel cheap and not worth our money.

The pictures do not do this hotel any justice. The room we had was incredibly clean and comfortable with an amazing view.

We stayed at room 509. There’s mole on the walls behind the window’s curtain and on the bathroom’s ceiling even though the hotel tried to repaint the walls. The TV was hard to use and made strange noise sometimes. Water heat was on and off sometimes.

The location was great where you can easily travel around the most coveted spots in Dalat. The furniture was new but they didn't have the best mattress compared to the other place that I had stayed in the city.

Arrangement was not the smartest since you cannot watch a TV. Plus, the pictures on Booking was showing exactly the view you were going to get. I chose New Century for the view as they uploaded it on Booking with my room type of choice. However, it was not like it. I didn't have any view from my room. And soundproofing was really bad.

Quiet place, not so crowded. Clean and comfy room. The staff was friendly and helpful. When check-in, we received a deluxe room with a view we did not like much. We asked the receptionist to change room and she was kindly provide us with another room with better view. I think they only have deluxe room at lower floor, maybe 1st floor. So if you want better view maybe opt for different room, not deluxe room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely comeback to this hotel if I visit Dalat again.
