Me encantó este Resorts, es maravilloso super limpio y organizada, la limpieza en al 100% el personal ni decir nos trataron como reynas y la pasamos super bien, nuestro Mayordono Joselito es genial una persona muy seria nos quedamos muy encantados , la seguridad es magnífica pude estar tranquila en todo tiempo, los restaurantes muy limpios, la comida riquísima, pudiera mencionar a todo el equipo que hizo de nuestras vacaciones unas maravillosas.
Yo sin pensarlo volvería cada año.
Gracias a todo por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Me encanto mucho la habitación, lo espaciosa que era y comoda, la vista a las piscinas y el mar, el servicio muy atentos, excelente.

Nos encanto TODO! Lo más fue el excelente trato y servicio de sus empleados. El recibimiento con bebidas, la amabilidad de las chicas, lo exquisito de sus comidas, los maleteros Ivan y Omar fueron muy amable, nos ayudaron y orientaron en todo. La chica host del buffet Yahnira muy servicial. Los bartenders Oscar,Milagros, Martha entre otros brutales! Todo el equipo de Vibes Team en el área de las piscinas excelentes! Hasta los salvavidas eran muy agradables! En el restaurante Grazie la atención de sus empleados nos encanto, y la comida exquisita. En el restaurante Zen fue una experiencia espectacular, todos sus empleados nos brindaron una velada única! Las chicas del coffee lounge Marcelina y Wendy son las mejores, bien amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Los empleados de limpieza muy atentos tambien. En fin, todo fue perfecto!
Realmente no es que no me gusto, pero como sugerencia deberían tener el agua de las piscinas privadas en las habitaciones con calentador.

All Inclusive!! Welcome drinks given as you check in. Food and drinks were amazing and readily available throughout the day. Most staff members were super friendly and communicative. The Beach area was to die for, the lazy river was the best next feature. We spent a couple of hours just going around and enjoying a nice cold drink along the way since they literally have a bar located in the lazy river where you make your pit stop to refill and you just keep going!
Beds were uncomfortable but it didn't affect our short stay. Both times at the restaurant dining that wasn't the buffet area we had to wait a long time to get a table if we didn't make a reservation and then after you got sat down it took another 20 minutes or so before someone acknowledged you and got your drink order. The dining experience both times lasted over 2 hours not including the hour wait just to get seated. So I recommend making a reservation.
Longer walks to most restaurants but with all the food you eat, I guess we need that extra walking just to burn it off!

Unsure of DC opportunities. Our butler not very personal. Communication thru text didn't care for that. Only used her to book dinners and to me u pay alot and it's not worth that. I would have to text her everyday what I wanted and first night they didn't have us on list so we missed it had to go to buffet and then we wanted cx culinary and told her 24+ hours in advance couldn't get in

Robbed in room - Thieves!!! Staff went through all about bags and stole $200 in cash and a Credit card charging $2600 with a hour of the theft. Front Manager (Rosy) did nothing to help us .. filed official report and security when through all our bags. security found employee from room access log .. but said they ask him and said he didn't do it . Ask if they searched his locker they didn't .. Aslo
found out that 2 other guest rooms were robbed that week and Management and security did nothing . Being a long time Marriott reward member surprised that they are affiliated with just a poor organization that cares so little for guest safety.

the staff was very helpful especially our Butler Edwin. the private poolside cabana was good and the beach day beds.
the check in process was horrible and we had the Diamond Club upgrade. when we first checked into our room we saw a cockroach and it took them about 2-3 days to clean our room.

where do I start? i literally enjoyed everything about the Royalton.
i loved the property, but part of me wish it was adult only lol. the ride from downtown isn’t too bad, but if you want to be closer to that area, the Royalton is a little bit out the way.

There were various food and restaurant options, plenty of things to do, gorgeous pools, great entertainment, they junior luxury suite was so spacious and we loved the double rain shower and open tub as well. We also really loved the spa massage and would totally get the spa week package if we visit again. What made our whole trip worthwhile though was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always greeted us kindly with a smile, made us feel welcome, and were very accommodating.
The quality of the food could be improved. Although it is a 5-star resort, the food was always a hit or miss. Over a day or two, we started understanding what was worth to get from the buffet and what wasn’t. The options at the various restaurants were equally a hit or miss in terms of quality and taste. Also, majority of the drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic? were watered down, even before they ‘melted in the heat with the ice’. Even the juices, i.e., orange juice from the bar or restaurants/buffet were watered down. Especially the alcoholic drinks, which just tasted like sweet slushy ice with a hint of liquor.

This is a really nice hotel, with most of the facilities you'd expect. It's smart and clean. Friendly staff. The sun shines, the beach is clean, white sand and the sea is crystal clear. There's a gentle breeze from the sea and you can relax in comfort or engage on some of the organised activities. We took an excursion to Starfish island and it was paradise.
The staff are very friendly, but service is haphazard. Daytime is great and with a small tip here and there (a couple of $), you'll get some extra help to reserve sunbeds for your family in a good position, either on the beach or poolside.
The evenings are frustrating as it's not possible to book a restaurant (except the Japanese) unless you're in the Diamond club. It means waiting in line to book at the restaurant reception on the evening and waiting until a slot is available. That's a lot of queuing and waiting when you should be holidaying. The other option is the main buffet, which is fine but a bit frenzied. The lack of spoons became one of the funny things we didn't understand. Despite the wide availability of cereals, soups, puddings, ice cream etc., there were no spoons unless you asked for one. I ended up just using a fork to eat fruit and yoghurt.
When you do get a table, the service is patchy. Don't get me wrong; the staff are mainly cheerful and lovely (except the grumpy coffee shop), but the attention to detail is lacking. You'll compete for attention, service will be slow and not everything you order will arrive when it should (or at all). E.g., with main courses, your dish may arrive and sides turn up later. An order of more than there drinks may be mixed up and one or more may not arrive, necessitating another wait while they get you what you wanted.
The rooms are nice and clean, quite well laid out and serviced every day. As we were with other families, we could compare what we had in each room and noticed some differences. We had a coffee machine in our room that came with no coffee and only one cup, until day 5. One of our friends had a pair of slippers but no dressing gowns. They did have snacks replenished each day in their room, which we didn't.
Check in/ check out is overly bureaucratic and takes ages.

it was terrible. no water first day all day . we went for my friend’s wedding so they room wedding. after no electricity. AND WHOLE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS GOT SICK
nothing. to eat you have to walk 1 ml if u order transportation it takes forever. so we walk from room to main lobby with our luggages
