No me gustó que tengan restricción de horario para la salidas y entradas.

The bed was very comfy and the room a good size with a wardrobe. It was clean and in a good location, around 2 minutes from the plaza and 10 from the bus terminal.

There was no stove or toaster.

Thick blankets and heater as otherwise unbearably cold and draughty in the room.

Cold and unwelcoming place, unfriendly owner. Feels more like a project quickly set up out of need of money than anything else. Room, bathroom and access to room felt provisional, no fire safety exit or system whatsoever. No cc accepted. Owner contacted me several times while I was already on the road in order to confirm, re-confirm and re-re-confirm our reservation. Nowhere near the Chilean hospitality we've experienced anywhere else.

Facilites for making food, close to te center.

There was a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, a good place to drink tea or coffee, but the tables and the chairs are not clean. The bathrooms were big, but the water was very hot or cold, you couldn't relax for a minute. The hostel is downtown, so you are 5 minutes from everything, the location is exceptional.

I was there with a colleague, for me it was an ok stay, but he didn't like it. There are a bunch of rules on the wall, about the bathroom, about silent hours, about not leaving the hostel, but not everyone in the hostel respect them, so for two nights we got people making a bunch of noise on the room beside us, smoking, and a guy crying and talking about wanting to have an overdose of pills.( But after my colleague talked to the receptionist about it she gave as a night for free, so that was great 😃). There isn't a kitchen ( They warn you about it on booking), but that makes the price be a little bit high, since you'll spend more money on food. There is just one key for the room and the gate, so if you go with someone and you don't go everywhere together it can be a problem, because you always have to plan so you two can enter the hostel.

The bed was comfortable and the location was really good. Also, there was a washing machine to use for free.

In my room it was very cold: the small heater wasn't able to make my room warm, so I had to sleep with sweaters and socks in order to stay warm. Also the shower was either freezing cold or extremely hot.

The hostal is quite central and rooms are confortable. Hot shower can be a hit and miss.

Wooden walls are great, but it can be a bit noisy. Take ear plugs with you.
