Good morning I was to tryp by Wyndham istanbul Sancaktepe / from July 17 to July 25 .. Everything went well but I wanted to make a report about an unpleasant event .il day 19 c.m I took a taxi at 08.30 am as I found it outside the hotel that was waiting for a girl to take her to the university. The taxi driver told me he could take me to the center of istanbul.besides the fact that he took me about 1800 Turkish lira also charged me the double fare... I wanted to emphasize the dishonesty of the taxi driver.I wanted to point out that these people certainly do not make you a good advertisement ... I kindly ask you to have his name and email to have a comparison with him. Good service staff nice pool good breakfast

There was no toothbrush in the room. We were given one key per three guests.

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful and great! They even upgraded us :)

The location is a bit far but it’s bearable

I asked for a taxi at the staff, they told me ok called. After 20 minutes I asked why the taxi not arrive and the answer was that the call was deleted. Nothing more, no alternative solution no excuses.

The room was comfortable

I went there for Sauna but it was broken so didn't get to use it

What you see online is exactly what you get in person. The hotel is beautiful. They have a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. The breakfast is amazing. With so much selection. I have been traveling to Turkey for many years and I have to say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so clean and professional. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I wish all of the hotels in Istanbul could be like this!
