It’s clean and convenient location and the staff is very accomodating. Definitely we will stay here again next year.

Everythinb are all perfect except 1 day before my check out the internet stop working even if I tried to reset it.

Location was excellent.The host has great communication with queries,very accommodating.

The only little comment for improvement is just to be more meticulous with cleaning,especially the floor,when we arrived there was cheese balls crumbs on floor.

The unit is quiet and clean, with the exception of the balcony, which could use a good scrub. The location is near a mall, which is extremely convenient for shopping or simply strolling. A convenience store, a gym, and a few restaurants are also nearby.

When I checked in and asked how I could pay because there were no clear instructions, the person who guided me through the check-in process informed me that the owner requested the total amount plus a Php 2,000 security deposit, which would be returned on the day of checkout. This was not communicated to me and was not included in the payment information provided by booking.com. Because I didn't have enough cash, I asked if I could pay the booking fee via online banking and the security deposit in cash. Another thing I was not aware of is the lack of television and internet access. I used my cellphone data, but the signal was extremely weak. When I used my data, the signal dropped as slowly as Edge (both inside the unit and on the balcony). When I complained to the owner, he apologized and explained that I was the first visitor since the pandemic, which is understandable. To compensate, he offered an extension of 2 hours which I declined as I already had plans scheduled for that day. It would have been a nice gesture if he had informed me of this before my arrival.
