El trato del personal fenomenal y muy resolutivo. La llave no abría la habitación cuando llegamos pero llamé por teléfono y encontraron una solución super rápido. La ubicación es genial a pasos del centro histórico y los mejores sitios.

Daba la sensación de limpio pero tenía bastante polvo. El piso se encuentra al lado de un bar donde los fines de semana hay algo de ruido pero el apartamento deja unos pares de tapones gratis en las mesitas de noche.

Heating didn’t function on this visit - I usually really like staying in these apartments, this time i was unlucky the heating didn’t work. When everything works, the apartments are excellent

Goed ligging in het centrum. Leuke indeling. Goed bed en fijne airconditioning.

Regendouche volledig verkalkt waardoor deze meer druppelde. Zitbank zat helemaal vol met vlekken. Schimmel op de houten muur in de living. Kraan bij de wastafel zat los. Overal veel zaken die niet goed afgewerkt zijn. Het appartement is qua kleurstelling erg wit waardoor vrij saai.

The location was exceptional! Ghent isn’t big, but from the apartment every sight, restaurants and bars were in close walking distance. If one wants to spend time on the roof terrace, it’s a nice spot.

While the whole idea of contactless check-in is good in theory, we were unlucky that the incorrect code for the key safe was sent to us. On the second try (calling through the property phone number shown in the booking.com app) I managed to get through to the property owner/manager, who was able to help us. While I prefer to talk to someone face-to-face instead of calling if any issues occur, the issue could be resolved quickly. The pillows were all a bit hard and high.

Everything that I had was better than expected. Very impressed.

The lift is a wee bit on the snug side. I had to laugh at the sign that said maximum 4 people as I was wondering where the other three would go.

Lage super in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt, sehr schönes Studio, die Dachterrasse war ganz toll, super Aussicht über die Dächer von Gent. Die Infos zur Anfahrt waren hilfreich ,auf dem Parkplatz neben der Kirche St.Jorge kann man 25 Min kostenlos parken zur Orientierung .Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, würden es auf alle Fälle für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlen

The rooftop deck, location and comfy bed were all very nice.

Very central location. Lovely well equipped apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

Not a complaint but a couple of suggestions. Better information about parking arrangements would make check in much smoother. Also rather than waiting for the one, really busy, check in person, perhaps a key box with a password would be more efficient.

The place is conveniently situated and boasts a lovely terrace. The large windows are a plus, and the check-in process is easy.

Although the apartment appeared newer and cleaner, multiple cleanliness issues must be addressed. These include a large spot on the wall near the shower, a dirty kettle and coffee machine, and floors that need cleaning. The handle on the main door is loose and wobbly. The elevator is too cramped.

Self service system which was provided before check in, lovely apartment as advertised and very central location. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean and tidy as the pictures in the advert. Would definitely stay again if we are in Ghent. Also the terrace is the most amazing part, you can see sun rise and sunset with comfortable chairs.

Very minor wear and tear to the apartment, nothing to make your stay uncomfortable.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos. It is a very clean and comfortable studio apartment with a well apportioned kitchen and plenty of bright windows. The location is perfect for exploring old town Ghent. The underground parking is a 5 minute walk and easy to use once you initially figure out how to access and pay. There are small shops and grocery stores all around and a fruit stand at the end of the alley, just be aware that most close by 6pm and do not open early. We had been traveling about 2 weeks before arriving in Ghent and this was the most comfortable bed of our trip. The room is bright and cheery.

Be careful of the shower, it gets dangerously slippery. The unit can be hard to find initially as there are no numbers on the outside of the building and the only place you'll find the Snooz Ap name is by looking into a narrow doorway. Be aware that this area is hugely popular with the under 40 group in the evenings and on weekends can be very loud all night. Unless your part of the party you'll want to bring very good ear plugs.

excellent location - well appointed and quiet

Loved our apartment. Was huge! Plus had the communal rooftop terrace which we always had to ourselves. Views of all the church spires, towers and Gravensteen. Great amenities and so close to everything in town.

Not a huge issue but there were no tea bags supplied!

Excellent location.Easy selfcheck in, big clean and beautiful apartment right in the center of Ghent. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

It might be a bit noisy at night but earplugs are provided at the apartment so this is not a problem.
