Belle chambre avec balcon, super sympa !

A l'accueil on ne parle pas français. Tout en anglais.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Sie liegt sehr praktisch ganz nah am Bahnhof. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei, Metzgerei und kleine Imbissläden. Lobby und Frühstücksraum sehr ansprechend (alles neu) gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war leider noch nicht renoviert, war aber trotzdem alles sauber und ansprechend. Personal freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.

The staff is very welcoming and informative. Location was good and the newly renovated interior of the lobby was pretty cool.

I guess the sound proofing as there were guests partying at 3 am and then someone started throwing up loudly in the morning and we couldn’t sleep from their extreme noise.

Close to the train station … nice staff. Clean and decent sized bedroom and bathroom. Beds made up every day. Good restaurant options nearby.

Comfortable room and accommodating staff.

Thought breakfast too expensive at 20 euro pp. We didn't take that up.

This is a 3star hotel and exceeded my expectations. Booked standard room which was large and clean. A dated room but in good condition. The breakfast was excellent and had an open kitchen. Staff extremely helpful. Hotel 5 minutes walk from the station. The centre of historic centre was a 15 minute walk or a quick tram journey from the station.

The shower was good but there was no mat to prevent slipping. We were aware but still a risk.

Goede ervaring bij het onthaal. Er waren werken in het hotel, maar hier hebben we helemaal geen last van ondervonden. Propere hotelkamer waar alles was wat we nodig hadden.

Hotel ligt vrij ver van het centrum en 's nachts konden we enkel te voet terug keren. Dan weer wel heel dicht bij het station. Ook parking is vlot te vinden bij het station.

Malgré quelques travaux d'embellissement (la réception et la salle des petits déjeuners) , un séjour exceptionnel , qui répondait parfaitement à notre séjour. Nous étions là pour le marathon de Gent, nous avons pu bénéficier d'un petit déjeuner sous forme de package copieux, jus de fruit, croissant, yaourt, barre de céréales, pain d'épice. Une bouilloire est à disposition dans les chambres avec thé, café, tisane, crème, et tout le nécessaire. Très bonne literie, équipement suffisant. Et après le marathon deux chambres étaient dédiés pour la douche des coureurs jusqu'à 17h . Le personnel est charmant et se met en quatre pour vous satisfaire et accéder à vos demandes. Situation géographique au top, à deux pas de la gare, et proche du centre historique. Bravo à toute l'équipe, c'était au delà de nos espérances.

Ruime kamer, propere badkamer met fijne douche. Vriendelijk personeel. Rustige buurt en op wandelafstand van het centrum. Door werken in het hotel konden we er niet ontbijten. Wel werd voorgesteld om in een ander hotel om de hoek te gaan ontbijten. Dit werd allemaal intern geregeld waardoor wij enkel 's ochtends een klein wandelingetje hadden en meteen onze voeten onder tafel konden steken voor het ontbijt. Mijn man heeft op de dag van uitchecken de marathon in Gent gelopen. Nadien werd voorgesteld door het personeel om nog te douchen in het hotel. Fijne service. Voor een volgend weekendje Gent komen we zeker terug!

Parking ondergronds is smal om in en uit te rijden.

the room we got as very big and it was so comfortable!! the location of the hotel is perfect too within a few tram stops you get to the city center, within a few mins you’re at the main station!

the elevator of the hotel is definitely too small 😂😂

I have asked for a birthday card or something special to surprise my boyfriend on his birthday, and they set a card with a personalized message upon arrival. My boyfriend was very grateful. The receptionists upon arrival and departure, were both super nice. We had a lovely stay.

The room was okay, but a bit noisy during the morning as the hotel is under refurbishment and we could hear the noises from the construction as well as the A/C in the room which was a bit noisy during the night. However, the room itself was nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were always helpful and friendly. It was the perfect location for us, right near the train station. Highly recommend.

We would have liked more teabags in our room 😁 TV channels were pretty limited - BBC1 wasn't working. Difficult to find much else wrong - we were very impressed.

Small bed, very small shower box and the room smells bad.

Interoir was quite old.

Breakfast was good, enough choice and great coffee.

The bathroom is somewhat outdated. There was a lot of noice during the entire night of heating, toilet flushing in other rooms etc.
