We loved the location of the property. It was easily accessible to the train station and many local pubs/cafes.

The beds were a little rough to sleep on (several spings that poke you in the back).

Most horrible experience. I was not told the actual location by the person in charge of key collection when I called him 2 days prior to confirm. He was not available at the key collection location at the time given. I spent 40 GBP more on taxi only to collect keys, that too with luggage. You can't keep the bags after check out at the location.

Nothing, The toaster was not working and no one came to repair it. Most horrible thing was some one [he said from the office] tried to open the main door without informing me. Luckily I was present in the apartment. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Apartment located in a different place than advertised! It did not match the address given on my booking, we were only informed about it when we picked up the keys. Because of the children, we needed a place close to the main attractions, unfortunately we had a lot further from there. Keys - which is a joke! Had to be collected from the office located in Camden town, so had to spend additional money and time for a trip back and forth!! Apartment very worn, does not meet the health and safety rules as all smoke detectors were disconnected and removed from ceiling. needs a lot of maintenance! For example: broken toilet seat, broken sink that hangs tilted which someone didn’t even try to repair/straighten but left it as it is and put a silicon between the wall and the sink. Also I need to mention that the drainage was blocked so every time we washed hands, the sink was full of water. Missing seal on shower glass so after the shower bathroom floor was flooded. Received 3 towels for 4 guests Kitchen poorly equipped Window blinds broken, so there was no chance to open them and let the light in. In overall very disappointed AVOID! They only think about the money not customers satisfaction

Good location

Could have been much cleaner- walls dirty and marked. Beds very small doubles and furniture cheap, dirty and stained. One of the kitchen chairs neatly collapsed when sat on. Kitchen equipment chipped, not matching and very few. Very basic eg no soap in bathrooms. Very deceiving photos - nothing like the flat or the facilities provided.
