冷氣主機很吵，一直傳出低頻噪音，令人晚上睡不好。

Falta muita manutenção no hotel, o pequeno almoço é limitado e principalmente não alugue moto neste hotel porque eles alugam de um negócio de família sem estar registado e sem garantias. As motos não estão em boas condições. Em 5 dias troquei de moto 3 vezes uma delas porque a moto era velha e acendeu a luz da temperatura e quase que ficavamos na estrada.

All the staff were kind. Especially Daisy was kind and guided well.

The location of the booking is different from the actual location. The area of the room actually looks smaller. There was something that wasn't equipped.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool is right in front of our unit although we didn't have time to use it 😕

The location of the resort is not very convenient because it's off the main road but there's an electric car taking the guests to and from the main road.

Staffs were great and nice swimming pool.

Room is a little smaller than expected, the beddings are too soft and it was deep in a small path which makes it difficult to fine.

Very accomodating and friendly staff. Helped us with renting scooters and booking tickets for our tours.

variety of breakfast for past 3 days was good even though is simple. otherwise is good overall. Beach is not near, need separate arrangement to access. Friendly staff and courteous too.

Pool designed is poor with steps and sharp edges which i hope management will look into these...between shallow area and deep area. entrance into hotel area dont have sufficent signage. Hotel dont provide hotel card in their local language to ease communication when returning back to hotel by taxi.

Beautiful quiet location set in lovely gardens. Breakfast changed daily and eggs offered each day. Reception staff exceptional in offering advice and organising tours and transport.

Small wine fridge which didn't really keep drinks cold. Outside furniture broken and couldn't be used would of preferred table and chair on balcony. A little too far away from beach and main drag to walk in 35 degree heat in April so had to get taxi's everywhere who often didn't know where the resort was.

-helpful staff -nice , green, lovely surroundings with many kind of plants and flowers, palms, a bit underrated due to the location which is behind big streets, for us was perfect since we don't want near the main noisy street - free ride to the nearest beaches - bathroom is cleaned every day

- bathroom still need to be kept at highest standard and cleanines - less plastic more recyclable for example recycled dental kits - food could be offered with variety options and tasty flavour for the breakfast ( Pho soup is as low quality, does not taste like normal Pho in Vietnam , it should be updated to promote Vietnamese cuisine among foreigners)

Loved the friendliness of the staff, enjoyed the breakfast, the pool and the overall experience. Staff ensured that all our requirements were taken care of. There is also a golf cart that takes you to the local beach free of charge.

Nothing that stands out comes to mind

We had a lovely stay at Nadine. The garden is really the unique selling point of this place. It’s very beautiful and extremely well kept. The staff is incredibly friendly too. They’re happy to bring you to the beach or nearby restaurants with the electric car. Would recommend this place for a stay with children.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The premises are so beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were the icing on the cake. There is a little room for improvement. The whole experience would, in my view, be even better by slightly upgrading the breakfast (offering yoghurt, muesli, a bit more fresh fruit) and the restaurant. We had food there twice and the first time was, I’m sorry to say, not very good. The second time we had seafood barbecue and that was very nice. It’s probably best to offer fewer dishes and make sure they’re executed very well than to offer a large menu.

Breakfast very poor. Pool loungers damaged and no mattress for loungers. Bad location. Needs money spending to bring the property up to a better standard.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean; bath facilities is normal. Location is close to main city. But in google map location of hotel is anywhere wrong (if you will come at late night be careful from dogs around).

Breakfast is poor (in 9:00 was not anything and not added). The hotel has not territory. Only way from reception to room :)

bathroom smell, not overly clean/well maintained but fine if you’re not bothered about little touches.
