Alles was echt perfect! Wij hebben echt overal van genoten van de kamer tot het ontbijt. Personeel super vriendelijk! Dineren bij de accommodatie was echt next level. Wij raden dit hotel aan!!

All was perfect .the crew especially the reception team ,the privet pool ,the tasty breakfast. If I could give them 15 instead of of 10 i probably did it .

Absolutely amazing in every way. Clean, beautiful room, services like golf buggy transport running like clockwork. Attentive, speedy and efficient staff. First time with a private pool and it was glorious! Particularly grateful to the amazing guy on the front desk who sorted getting my phone to me in a taxi when I’d left it in the room!

suites are beautiful and cleaned daily. The pool is heated and the terrace sunny all day. You choose your breakfast from a menu, which has a great selection - they are very tasty.
hotel up a very steep bank - easy enough to walk down but too steep to walk back up. taxi 8/10 euros back up hill. We had a 6pm flight back home and hotel wanted to charge 200 euros to keep room until then, which seemed very expensive.

Friendly staff/owner - very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The villa is amazing 🤩 🤩, it was clean and the location was perfect,the host was very helpful with everything you need to know about Zakynthos.

Unbelievable stay at st John hotel. After a long trip we enjoyed the comfortable room, the breathtaking Seaview, and the delicious food. The swimming pool is really large and the water heated. The stuff is very professional and available for any help. Definitely we will come back.

We had a wonderful experience at the deluxe Suite of 5 star hotel! The privacy between suites, Seaview, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable room, and rich breakfast all sound like great amenities to enjoy during our stay. Was great that the hotel's restaurant offered delicious food and the polite staff and professional manager, provided excellent service. The Receptionist George ,the manager Narcis made us to feel very comfortable.Highly reccomended

I was very satisfied about my choice because it was an excellent stay at all. The suite was completely clean and it has a very good wifi connection which it's important for me.
The hotel offers transportation with golf club car for me and it also has an private parking for my car. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every need. I also recommend to visit the restaurant because it is very good too.

the suites were beautiful, well looked after.
it was up a very long steep hill…. a good 20 min to the town.
if you weren’t fit then it would be a struggle and they don’t offer free lifts up and down

amazing and everything incredible! staff super helpful and kind, the room is amazing and the pool with a view! we also had a great Massage with dimitri, he came to the room and was so nice person!

Things we liked:
- the suite was really spacious. we loved the private pool and the view from our balcony.
- breakfast was really good with a wide variety. portions were also very generous.
- food at the restaurant was very good. we ended up eating there for most dinners.
- hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. they always offered us a buggy ride from the reception to the suite as it is an uphill walk.
- pool and balcony area was cleaned daily.
- would be useful to have more shelves in the closed cabinets. not a big deal but would’ve been helpful.
- it’s a bit of a walk to the town and beach. but honestly, we didn’t like the town and beach that much and generally preferred to enjoy our private pool and the amazing views from our balcony.

Suites were separated from main building, the only way to get there is walking on the street or talking the golf cart. I do not mind walking, but this takes away that hotel feeling, feels as if you stay in apartment.

Personal is very easy. the manager was hostile and did not resolve the situation.
Breakfast was very easy and bad. You can ordel only one menu. This hotel is not 5 stars. Service nothing. Every room service 10 eur. This hotes is very old. I call 2 times on recepcion necouse my shower is dont work. Everything’s was very bad.

The location is on top of the hill, 20 min walk to the main road and beach (5 min drive).
The room is amazing and comfortable with a private pool and a lot of privacy.
Daily cleaning, very good and big breakfast (every day we chose something else and they are all great!)
And the stuff was wonderful and helped us with every request (including arranging a rental car for us)
Definitely a great place to visit if you come to Zakynthos
Sometime the shower was cold for a min before they came back to normal temperature, and it’s a bit of a long walk if you prefer to stay close to the beach
